The location is great! Love the pools and golf carts! Overpriced and overcharged. Beds were a little hard for my liking and the cabin wasn’t that clean when I arrived.

We enjoyed all the amenities. The cleanliness of the cabins was pretty below par still food left over from previous guests. Also we didn’t like the wrist bands. You don’t know how much you’re paying and what exactly you’re paying for because there is no receipts and they don’t have you sign off on any charges.

The location was perfect. The chalet was great for the two of us. They stated they had k-cup coffee makers in every chalet. That is definitely not the case! The air conditioning/ heating unit is very difficult to use.

Lovely spot - the staff were wonderful had a great time. Beautiful location. Great pool. Our cabin wasn’t cleaned well and we had a cockroach. They addressed the issue quickly but I noticed the cabin could have used more attention…and it creeped us out. Pretty expensive

Very nice staff and the facility was very clean. The unit was well-appointed but quite small for the price we paid.
