Great little place a hidden jewel

This is my first time at a “boutique hotel” and it was quite lovely. However, they did provide a Keurig, but make sure you bring your own water. Because you don’t know how long that water‘s been there. The beds were comfortable, and the check-in and checkout was very easy.

it was a nice room and location, stayed for 7 days and not one time was my room cleaned, had false ammenities advertised on hotels.com, there is n o pool or restaurants on sight

Stayed in room 203. The room had tons of moisture in it, to where the sheets/blankets and our clothes felt damp. And even with the A/C on the room felt hot as if you were sleeping outside due to all the moisture. We woke up with sore throats back to back, and luckily we only stayed 2 nights here. The floor was not vacuumed or mopped and neither nightstands were wiped down. Everything had build up of dust including all the ceiling vents and windows. They did change the sheets but the quilt on top had seen better days. We picked to stay here to visit family and based off reviews of others we thought we would be staying somewhere nice, but honestly would have been better off staying at a motel 8.

Mold prevalent outside and curtains, ceiling fans very dirty, good remodeling effort

mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. Would most definitely stay again. The hotel has 4 Floors (Penthouse on 4th), Salon on 1st Floor. The parking lot can get congested due to restaurants and bar traffic directly across the street. I found if I returned to the hotel by 5-6 pm I always had a parking spot near. There is no front desk, check-in is easy with door code and elevator was easy access. Ice and coffee are provided.

The reviews on this place must be old. I can see when it was new it was probably nice, used to have a lobby etc. Now a little run down, no lobby (which is odd) and feels more like my first apartment. Please note you need a door code since there’s not lobby and hotels.com guests don’t get the code. So when you walk into an open room on property with nobody and no instructions you feel like you’ve been scammed. Luckily there’s a hair dressers right next door, they said this happens all the time and told me what to do. Place smelt like car pee, dirty towel on patio, dirty windows, broken furniture etc. The view is great and it was a nice sleep. Way overly priced, needs to be $50 a night less min. Overall I would pass.

Cute decor. Pool not onsite abd cert crowded. No breakfast. No Ice

The room and property were clean. Our room had two double beds, was spacious, and had cute,, funky decor. It's a "no frills" room but did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The Keurig was in the hallway for all guests on the floor to share, but there were plenty of pods and condiments. There is no front desk. We were given a door code for check in that activated without a problem at 4 pm. The hotel is in a great area, literally steps from Bacchus Restaurant and Bar, a new brewery next door, and additional restaurants and shops on the street. If there was a downside it would be that the building is open for anyone to enter at all times and there is no front desk to deter anyone, but it's in a safe area and there are cameras on the property. All in all, we would stay there again.
