Best Western Plus Villa Del Lago Inn Patterson

We arrived extremely tired, had to deal with wrong rooms, no AC, rude attendant, leaking faucets and extra charges. Not recommending!!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The hot breakfast choices were extensive and very good. The only problem was the bar and restaurant were closed so after driving for 12 hours we had to find someplace else to eat.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I slept like a rock!!!

My biggest complaint is the coffee! They put a Keurig machine in the room, but they only had Decaf coffee. No caffeine kcups in the hotel anywhere. That’s sad! The coffee at breakfast was not good. And only powdered creamer. I went and picked up coffee at Dutch Bros. There’s also a Starbucks directly across from the hotel. Pass on the breakfast and book a cheaper hotel. The hot food was not edible. If you must stay there, stick with oatmeal in the packets. That was the best choice available.

Alexis Aat the front desk was very helpful after the motel lost our reservation and found it through Booking.com. The breakfast was not bad. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Would stay again on our way through Patterson. Traveling with an expensive truck boat I was a little concerned about the bums outside camping out. I was worried about our truck being broken into with all kinds of gear packed in it. Fortunately, they let me park sideways in a few spots right outside our room's window where we could keep an eye on it.

Breakfast was great and was able to eat breakfast and drink coffee.

The entire facility. Every staff member i met was incredibly polite,friendly and helpful.And a big compliment to thr breakfast cook/attendant. She was exteremely.pleasant,hospitable ans helpful. There was nothing not to like,.The entire expiring was amazing.I definitely recomment,this Best Western.

I really appreciate your customers service, really like the person who was in charge in the breakfast area she was so happy and gives us the best service!! Really appreciate it!! The from check person was nice but she make a mistake to over charge me in the deposit she charge me and extra deposit!

Good coffee, basic breakfast. Comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet for a good night sleep.

They've added a weekend bar in the dining area since last year. June is a rotten time to visit the area due to the heat. While not something the motel can control, the transformer serving businesses in the area blew on Friday evening. No A/C, no elevator, no ice machine, etc. Utility had it repaired by 11:30p, but the ice machine and one elevator were out of commission again by Sunday morning.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Very nice staff at breakfast. She spoke with us and was very friendly. A plus was that there were plenty of Tesla chargers.

Location good and no noise from freeway. The gym. I specifically wanted to workout in the morning but the weight machine has broken cable system or not installed properly....it should be removed or repaired or at least a sign on it to prevent injury

The moment we got to the Hotel to check in to checking out the entire stuff from the front desk to the house keeping were very friendly and very attentive . We will definitely be returning back
