Everyone working here was so lovely from the ladies at the desk at 2 am to the breakfast lady at 8 am . So accommodating and hospitable. Loved my stay ❤️

Clean overall, very nice room and beds were nice. pool area and pool could use a little TLC. Morning breakfast service was better than most at this price point and the staff was very tentative to keep it clean and maintained.

Waterfall Shower head has great pressure. Liked the new carpet and interior updates since our stay 4 months ago. Bathroom door could use replacing next. All and all , beds comfortable and room is clean and sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great and the staff were awesome. The AC units were the only negative. It was super noisy and being on the ground floor, the AC above us dripped onto our unit all night. Other than that, very impressed.

Staff were the best, bathroom tile grout was black in some areas. The pool a great treat and the hotel is centrally located for our needs. No pets allowed was a barrier for us.

The breakfast was excellent; though the coffee could have been hotter at 9 am. The hotel boast that it has been renovated; and yes, it has but not fully. The paint is peeling off the ceiling over the bathtub. None of the door frames were repainted or the closet doors. The closet doors are out dated too.

I managed to figure out the AC on the last day. Before that everything was moist as it seemed the AC was not removing the moisture. 73 seemed to be perfect. Maybe offer fans?

Cynthia, who was part of the breakfast staff was gracious, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were well satisfied with our morning complementary meal. She made staying at the Best Western Pawleys Island a pleasure.
