All Nothing

All of our rooms were ready upon arrival... even ours when we were early.

I loved how this was a hidden gem! The price was a good price for it to be booked on a major holiday. Customer service was excellent! Love everything about it. Nothing. Everything was so good! Wish I would’ve knew about this place earlier.

Second time staying there and it was better than the first the staff was amazing. Brand New Property!

The room itself was in great condition; however the vent rattled for two nights. Someone did come and look at it, but at about 3am, it started again, so I turned heat off and used extra blankets to avoid noise.

We have been staying at the Residence for a long time and We LOVE the Residence Inn By Marriott because of the aesthetic, the high ceilings, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the staffs are very nice they go above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your stay. This is why when we saw the picture of the new Residence on Expedia and Hotels.com the picture of the high ceiling and we decided to try it. But, we were a disappointed when we arrived at the new Residence the pictures of the high ceiling wasn’t there. We feel it was false advertisement because we chose this particular hotel because of the pics we saw. The front desk staffs were nice but, breakfast was not like the Residence we are used to not much to choose from. A lot of pork items only no healthy item for non pork eaters. The items that they ran out of were were not restocked We had to ask the lady to removed all those expired milk that was on display that morning. We questioned what else was expired and we don’t know???The hallways are very cold no heat, no ice bucket in the room people were making noise on top of us from 12:00 am to 2:30 am we called the front office several times but, no one answered and the next day we asked the lady we thought the front desk was supposed to be 24/7 and she said yes. She said, she sorry and would looked into it. We don’t have enough time to list all the things that happened to us on this trip. Let’s just say We will not be back too many things happened!!!

I thought the accomodations were great! Great level of finishings in the rooms The bedding was not a high quality as everything else. Also, we were coming in for a funeral and my 20 yr old son and 18 yr old daughter were there before us. I called and asked about them checking in early and tried to pay ahead of time over the phone. I was told that they would allow my son to "hold the room" with his debt card but it would not be charged. I told them that he was in college and did not have enough on the card to cover the cost of the room, they said it would not actually charge the card but he called me from the desk where they would not allow him to check in because his card kept being declined! I was driving and had to get to my wallet and get out my card, that I TRIED TO GIVE THEM, and give them the info over the phone so they would allow them to check in. THIS WAS THE WHOLE REASON I CALLED..... Just very frustrating because we were told it would not be an issue and his card would not actually be charged but it was because I received an alert on my phone where the transaction for $400.00 was declined.
