Hilton Pearl River

Pretty location. Staff shines at a hotel that needs a little refresh….nothing bad but just a little TLC. My check in was fantastic. They searched for my Hilton honors membership so I could get my points and water! My dinner at the bar was wonderful. Hanger steak cooked to perfection! Bar tender was fantastic. Easily serving and confidently handling anything that came his way. Breakfast was limited since no buffet that morning. I was actually the only one at breakfast for a period of time but was greeted by the sweetest hostess and magically someone appeared with a glass of water and coffee then m my breakfast. My room was so unbelievably quiet but my TV had regular cable with no streaming capability that I could see. In room WiFi didn’t work for me and I was too tired to figure it out so that’s on me. My room was clean and neat. Bathrooms were very nice. Check out was super cheerful and easy. The staff were polite and sincere. As they say a building is just a building. It’s the people who make it special. I will stay here again.

It is a beautiful location and looks like the Biltmore house. It’s almost 40 years old and well maintained. A wonder venue. I’ve stayed there for reunions before. Rooms have not been updated. My issues: -one hook in bathroom -no towel racks -you want 2 people to reuse their towel…where do we put it? -2 beds but only one luggage rack -no microwave and no fridge -coffee station needed to be moved to bathroom to plug in -shower pressure lousy and 8 feet high to try and adjust How about some benches? The front desk responded quickly to all complaints. They said hangers in closet. I said 5 hangers for 2 people? My brother’s wet workout clothes were hanging on 2 hangers because there are no hooks in the bathroom

Everything was great! Check in was easy and the staff very friendly & accommodating! The rooms were very clean, organized and comfortable! Wish I could have stayed more than 1 night! Nothing bad at all, just wish checkout could be later than 11 am but that is pretty standard most hotels ‍♂️

If you prioritize a nice looking building with updated bathroom fixtures when selecting a hotel, this is the place for you. The hotel caters to a party-oriented crowd, so be prepared for a night of slamming doors and drunk people talking loudly. The air conditioning unit was also very loud and didn’t work well, so it came on frequently during the night and was difficult to sleep through even with a white noise machine. There technically was a bathtub in the room, but the drain closure knob had been modified to prevent it from being closed to allow the bathtub to be filled.

I had room service for breakfast. It was delivered quickly and the staff was very respectful. The meal was delicious and beautifully arranged. It was nice having a carafe delivered to my room. Exactly what I needed.
