Residence Inn by Marriott Pearland

nice quite place

Overall its good experience, however doors are not sealed and noisy rooms

This is my 2nd time staying here. Its always clean, nice location, and staff is nice. I came early and since my room was ready, they let me check-in. I appreciate that! My only suggestion is to have a key box on the front desk. I checkout out in the middle of the night and no one was at the front desk. I put my key under their keyboard but knew that someone could easily pick up the key and go back to my room. So, I just would have felt more comfortable placing my key in a box. Lovely stay though and this is my go-to hotel when traveling to Houston.

Excelente hotel

Clean room, breakfast was ok

Everything was good until it came to the tv. It didn’t work it was cutting on and off by itself!

Location and Staff. Rooms were a little smaller than expected

Ran out of cofee before breakfast ended. They made more upon request, but that ran out quickly.

Exceptional

New Residence Inn (about 9-months old), clean rooms, good breakfast options, and all friendly staff especially Ryan. Outstanding customer satisfaction in taking care of his customers beyond the usual checking in/out. Also, it’s a bonus to have a beautiful fountain pond outside to walk/jog around and walkable distance to an outdoor mall.

Clean and safe

Good

The manager Shantel seemed to always be rushing and talking over people the rest of the staff always great.

Accommodating at any time very clean and spacious rooms
