Breakfast was fine. The location was great. Everything was right there. We didn’t have to go far for nothing. The front desk service was Very, very good. It was one particular lady. Her voice was too loud for me. I asked her to bring it down a notch so that it could only be me and her talking not her telling everybody that was in a lounge my business so she said I can try but I’ve been like this all of my life. I believe when you are in public and you approach the front desk or wherever you are, it should be a conversation between you and that person not you and everybody.

The hotel was easy to find,just off main road. The hotel's 1st look was great. Clean, well kept entry with healthy flowers and greenery surroundings. Luggage carts in vestibule. Clerk was friendly and efficient. Granted our request foe upper floor room. We had our pooch Gus with us. I believe the pet fee was 20$ which was awesome! Our room was clean, a dbl queen. TV, sm fridge, microwave and coffee maker all functional. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and cozy linens. AC worked well (we like to sleep with temp at 70°) .Bathroom clean, shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything was as we expect when booking a room. Good value thru Expedia for sure!

The location is great and the breakfast is appreciated. For the most part the hotel is clean, looks new and is cared for. Fox news on the TV in the lobby. For the love of God stop with the politics in public spaces. People are visiting - put something general on the TV like HGTV! Also, there were visible cobwebs in the light and a mouse trap behind the chair. Maybe avoid the 1st floor corner room. It does sit in the middle of a corn field but still mitigate mice on the outside.

Very clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed,pillows and linens. My only complaint is there was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. Breakfast was very good. Older lady refilling pans was rude

Staff and management was very helpful in getting us a room when there was nothing left. When a cancelation came up they called us personally to let us know a room was available. Now that is service at its best.
