Very clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed,pillows and linens. My only complaint is there was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. Breakfast was very good. Older lady refilling pans was rude

Staff and management was very helpful in getting us a room when there was nothing left. When a cancelation came up they called us personally to let us know a room was available. Now that is service at its best.

This hotel is very convenient located in downtown Pembroke. Parking was easy. The lobby of the hotel is full of Lumbee art and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The beds were ultra comfortable. And they have a breakfast included is a definite plus. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were in town visiting family. The property outside was clean and nice, our room was very clean and stocked well with towels and items needed for our stay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
