Extended Stay America Select Suites - Pensacola - Northeast

The location was great, facility was very clean. My only complaints is that it should say in the booking that you don’t supply pots or dishes. And the room I stayed in the blinds would not come down so both mornings I woke up with the sun shining in my face…. I didn’t like that at all.

It smelled horrid, the elevator especially. There were loud people yelling right outside the door, people tuning up and down with their dogs pounding on doors and being super loud. My room smelled horrible too

single room with bed and terrible mattress. Had problems with TV. The chairs were the plain hard back chair, not a recliner. I wouldn't stay there again unless an absolutely emergency....

Its like a dorm room,,,,,,,,,,,, as you the day you move in for school. The Front desk was extremely nice, friendly and helpful, Laundry room was helpful. Hallways smelled of various cooking...... spicy and pungent. Kitchen was just a sink, hot plate and microwave. We had to buy our own cookware and utensils. Our feet were BLACK from walking around barefoot in our room. My wife and kids used towels to mop the floor. Dust bunnies and smudge marks told they do not clean very well,,,, or often.

The rooms are big, and the people are great and very helpful. They are the best in privacy for sure and very very nice

It smelled of drugs as soon as we walked in the lobby to check in. We did not stay in that place. I've even tried reaching out to booking and can't seem to get anyone on the phone or any response to get a refund!!

the whole common area smelled terrible. bathroom door had water damage on the bottom. the room looked like it had some kind of remodel done to it but very poorly done.

Quite and clean The beds aren’t the best. Very thin the covers were not good.

The stay was just fine, the back parking lot could use someone to pick up all the cigarette butts that are everywhere.

Staff was nice.

There were roaches in the rooms. Electric outlets not properly covered, floors were filthy and tv did not work
