Great staff and location. Superb clean

The room was clean and set up nicely; however, I would recommend updating outlets to include ports for c charging cables. They do have USB ports. We did not use the restaurant or bar because of the additional expense and did not expect to have to pay $10 a day to park outdoors. One great thing offered was the availability of bicycles for use. We did not have time to take advantage of this, but I was impressed with this and will plan to utilize the bikes if we return!!

I love the customer service and the easy check in and check out. The facility was very clean and organized. Unfortunately, I got stuck in the room right in front of the elevators on the floor that was right above the entrance. So my view was the top of the canopy, and I had to listen to people will. Their luggage in at random hours. And very loudly, stand in the hall and laugh at odd hours.

Prices for food was very expensive and some staff was not too helpful

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and rooms spacious. The beds were super comfortable. Even the front desk staff was very friendly. Loved the front desk person. She was friendly and welcoming at check in. I felt like she went above and beyond in calling me to let me know my room was ready. The location is perfect and close to down town. There's a fun park just steps away from the hotel.

Had an amazing day at this hotel the property and our room were in pristine condition in the bathrooms and restaurant weren’t just clean they look like they have been prepped for surgery all jokes aside 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and we’re totally stay there again. The staff was super helpful and extremely friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping crew were a pleasure to interact with.

Location was good--property was clean Hotel bar closes too early and the location is further from the main entertainment street.
