other than the counter dirty in bathroom everthing else good the shampoo was out in the bathroom and the counters were not cleaned

Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.

The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice but didn't have many utensils so we had to run the dishwasher daily. The pool looked nice and well kept though it was 110+ degrees when we were there and the pool was not refreshing. There were some really nice hikes close by that we did early AM before the oppressive heat. Fitness center was nice and free coffee in the morning was a plus. The kitchen could use more equipment. There were only about 4 or 5 of each utensil, several of the drawers were completely empty, and some drawers only had a few items.

Close to lake pleasant and pools and room were great The alarms went off for about 45 min. In the middle of the night

Rooms and pools are great. Very clean. Fire alarm went off at midnight. With no staff on site it took over an hour to be reset. Could not get warm water. The technician (very pleasant) stated that water heaters are shared by several rooms so we may have taken a shower when another room had exhausted the hot water. Really!

The pools were clean, and the areas around were kept tidy and clean, many fun outside games such as connect 4, chess, the sack game lol, they have an adults pool from 7am to 10pm and another community pool with a water slide. Overall 10/10

Its not super obvious where guest registration is for check in, and ice machines were not on every floor, so in 110d we had to go looking for ice. Id recommended this place , plenty of places to eat close by and we enjoyed the proximity to Quintero golf course and Lake pleasant.
