Amazing staff… so clean GREAT amenities Such a fun experience with my family! Love how fully stocked the rooms were and all the activities for the whole family! Already thinking of when we are coming back again! Loved it so much stayed an extra night

For the price (which was very reasonable), this place was a 10 in every way. This will always be my choice for accommodations when visiting Phoenix, Awesome place

Check in was a little odd having to go to a back room, that seemed like a sales office, to get pool bracelets and parking passes. Overall the room was amazing, well worth the cost. It was very nice having a full kitchen to use. The adult pool was nice, although it needs more shading and the deck to be swept, the overall atmosphere was fun. The property was easy to find and located near many restaurants. We will most definitely be back.

So here was issues - ac - non working, (116 degree temps in Az) dishwasher non working, our smaller room had plumbing issues, stove issues and laundry issues. To top it off keycards continually stopped working including when they changed all the doorpad locks and failed to tell us or anyone that needed to keys would be needed- so late at night with children had to walk across property to obtain new keys. Also ottoman is way to heavy that you must move to use pulling sofa, ended up dropping in my foot and incurred an injury - which they did not seem to think was a big deal either. Needs paint job for sure, doors to laundry in larger room missing, floors not vacuumed and no vacuum available to even do yourself. So you have to use a broom to clean Inspite of all these issues (plus a few more), we made it a great time but not sure I’d ever recommend this resort to anyone! Of course they offered a 1 night stay for a 1 bed with the purchase of other nights. What a joke. They should be ashamed to have let the resort rooms be in such poor shape.

Everything about the resort was so so nice. The staff the villa I was in the communication and the safety in the cleanliness of the grounds.

That staff at the food truck wasn’t very nice specially when you asked for salsa that should have came with the food.

The place is getting a little worn down.

I’ve stayed at this resort over 10 times previously. I had never experienced any issues until now. First of all the man checking me in was singing out loud and he took forever to find me a room. I stood there for at least a half an hour. Then, I arrive to the room and the floor in the kitchen and bathroom was extremely sticky. There was also a big spill of juice or something in the refrigerator. I called down to the front desk and she said she was going to have housekeeping come clean it. We left and went down to the pool and when we got back to the room, the floors were just as sticky. The room was old, outdated, smelled and we didn’t have a patio. Every other time I’ve stayed there we were in the newer buildings, which I had requested. I also called the front desk to get clean pool towels and I was told they didn’t have any and that I should wash them myself. I am so disappointed with our stay that I may never return to our favorite getaway destination.

Our room was not properly cleaned. The bedding looked dirty. The floors had not been vacuumed or swept. Betting for the pullout beds were not in the room. We had to call and ask for them.

Absolutely had a great time
-
Property definitely needs an update. Also common areas like hallways and elevator should be deep cleaned and maintained better.

Nice place to stay. Well maintained and easy check-in process. Kids were running in the unit above us. We were tired and had difficulty falling asleep. By around 10:30pm the running stopped. This happens in hotels too, so not a negative per say, just bad luck.

We love coming here. I did see a little boy almost drown in the pool, id recommend another life guard on child side of pool, not all parents are responsible. N/a
