Not impressed. The place could use some TLC

Location was easy to get to. Room felt damp and smelled musty. Windows were constantly fogged from outside. Accumulated dirt and grime in bathroom corners. Our bathroom tub had a constant drip. Room was quiet otherwise. Breakfast was good.

Employees were kind

The staff was not helpful from the start. I had specifically asked for an accessible room and it seemed like I was asking for the world. We rented 3 rooms- one had dead spiders, one had hair on one bed and there was a wad of hair in the shower, and the accessible room had a shower that had no lid to contain the water so it was super slippery! I asked for laundry bags and the front desk lady glared and said I am out of those- do you want a garbage bag? The AC was so bad in all 3 rooms making it super humid. I would NOT recommend this hotel at ALL!! It was disgusting!

Great place to stay.. we’ve been here before and we’ll be back again!

Stayed 1 night bed was uncomfortable and room was not clean
-
Nice and quiet. I felt safe. Somewhat clean, but they do not clean daily, only on check-out. Breakfast was ok. They did have hot and cold options available.

Our stay was ok. Our toilet didn't work after the first night in the room and it took them 2 days to fix it. The place was dark and dingy. Because of the humidity, everything was wet including our bedding and towels. I was told four different answers about checking out early.
-
My only suggestion would be for the decorator or electricians to put the light fixtures next to the bed , with switches that were reachable. The only way to turn them off is to stand up. And the lighting in the bathroom over the sink is extremely dim.

When I checked in I was placed in a room that the refrigerator wasn’t working. I needed a working refrigerator for my medicine. Them I was moved to room 118. The refrigerator wasn’t working working fine. I unpacked and got prepared for bed which took about 45 minutes. Was in bed I looked at the ceilings and there was mold all over. I took pictures and went up to the front desk. The person in charge came to the room and confirmed the mold all over the ceiling. He moved me to a third room which appeared all right. After being tired from driving all day I went directly to sleep. I got up at 7:00am and went to the front desk to cancel the rest of my reservation to go to a different hotel. I was informed I would be charged for the rest of my reservation. Which they did do. Never again would I stay at this hotel. Be sure to check the ceilings before unpacking.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

On arrival there was no reservation for me. The room I ended up getting had so much moisture in it it smelled like mold so in the morning when I woke up I could hardly breathe and had to be moved to another room. It was partially cleaned. Swimming pool and spa were closed no one sure when it would ever open again. The last day there I went to the bathroom and sat on the toilet and water poured through from the ceiling on me. They didn't seem too concerned and since it's Sunday they said they'd send someone on Monday to look at it. Staff was nice. We had booked 5 rooms so I would say mine was the worst experience.

Nice and friendly helpful staff on downside refrigerator was broke rm 227

Clean quiet property, comfortable - a good value for the money

There was a loose tile on the bathroom floor. Honestly it was just not a nice hotel and I would not recommend. They are also not friendly at all.

Loved it! clean and the staff was wonderful!
-
The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm.

Breakfasts were hot and ready on time. The bed was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The pool was in disrepair and was marketed as a good amenity when booking my trip. There wasn't much parking later in the evening and there were trucks parked that took multiple spaces.
-
All I can say, is that they were not very helpful and courteous. My room was not cleaned the 3 nights I was there. I have so much to say, but Ill keep it to myself.

When we arrived we were told the pool area was out of order which was a disappointment. Think they need to pay more cleaning detail in the hot tub rooms. The hot tub had a build up of lime as well as the bathroom shower head. Other wise I made the best of a $170.00 room with no pool area to enjoy.
