Breakfasts were hot and ready on time. The bed was not in good shape and needs to be replaced. The pool was in disrepair and was marketed as a good amenity when booking my trip. There wasn't much parking later in the evening and there were trucks parked that took multiple spaces.

All I can say, is that they were not very helpful and courteous. My room was not cleaned the 3 nights I was there. I have so much to say, but Ill keep it to myself.

When we arrived we were told the pool area was out of order which was a disappointment. Think they need to pay more cleaning detail in the hot tub rooms. The hot tub had a build up of lime as well as the bathroom shower head. Other wise I made the best of a $170.00 room with no pool area to enjoy.

Pool was not working. Lobby had no cooling.

Great location! Older facility but very clean and quiet. Beds and pillows very good. It was a very nice place to stay and a good value.

Clean and modern decor. Helpful staff although they were not always at the reception desk but just a quick bell ring away. Abundant breakfast options.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was full of hair and dirt, not good.

Pool/hot tub broken entire stay

Normally we've had great experiences at Americinn hotels - this one, however, has some notable issues. I'm guessing it's a management thing, but our room was not incredibly clean - hair on sink, toilet and in bathtub. Chunk of something on faucet. Bed was so dipped in the center we had to switch rooms - but to their credit, the guy at the front desk was great about that. Pool was out of service STILL.

The breakfast was decent and offered good value for the price. One small issue was that we had to wait for the front desk when we arrived for a late check-in, but the wait was still manageable. Overall, it was a good stay and a good choice for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable hotel at a fair price.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk service was great and breakfast was very good! I would definitely stay here again.

The desk staff were all friendly and we enjoyed the freshly baked cookies in the evening! Everything was clean and nice.

This place was perfect for our stay. The breakfast was great! The staff was fabulous! The rooms were clean and comfortable!
