Friendly check in and great g help finding a place for dinner, decent breakfast and clean room. Overall a great stay and I'd stay here again going through the area.

Nice hotel, very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very pleased regarding all aspects of room, housekeeping & front desk staff. Being (originally) from the area, I can’t say it is a surprise but if only the coffee was stronger…yet, this is a matter of preference. Thanks to everyone!

A buffet style breakfast was included. There were limited fruit choices and proteins: apples, bananas, egg beaters, sausage links, and yogurt. There were danishes, muffins, bagels, and waffles as well as biscuits and sausage gravy and one choice of cereal. Bacon would have been a nice addition to the buffet. The ONLY area of concern was the security door latch in our room was broken but between the automatic door lock and the dead bolt, the room felt secure enough. We would definitely stay there again.

The obvious spots were clean but as I was checking the water temp I put my hand under the faucet and the water splashing back up onto the faucet caused mold to wash off. So I continued until it stopped coming out. The next day I noticed a large area under the rim on the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I tried to clean it with a wash cloth but it was on there pretty good and I came to my senses and realized I didn’t work there! lol. Overall though I had a nice stay and liked the hotel. I would recommend it and will stay there again.

Clean hotel and pretty decent breakfast. I’d definitely rebook

Bottom line: two star hotel is what you get. Nice people. Convenient if you are doing business in Washington, especially the west side.

Staff were amazing! Very helpful.

The staff were fantastic- super helpful. The facility is tired and needs several upgrades.

Not the fault of the facility, lightning had destroyed the elevator control council and the Ice machine on our floor. I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running. The handle sticks down, and I had to bend the float rod to get it to stop running. Had to lift the handle after that. The air conditioner was very loud when the compressor kicked in. I could feel vibrations in the bed. No other rooms available. The elevator was out for the two days we stayed. I did make use of the hot tub one evening.

Toilet was leaking after flushing! A spider was hanging from a web above the tub! We didn't use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was the worst! The biscuits were soggy and crumbled. Thr gravy was spoiled!! It was in a nasty dirty crock pot! There were no eggs left. The sausage links were hard and dried out like they were microwaved a week!! Coffee was out a machine they stopped making in the 80s...horrible taste. Total waste of rewards points. I wish I could get my points back...

I usually stay at this property several times a year when I am coming to visit family. This really is the first time things seems to be out of the ordinary, so hopefully when I return things will have improved. The elevators were not working, so I had to take luggage up 3 floors. Marijuana smell was pretty prevalent in the stairwell the entire time I stayed. My coffee maker in the room was not working properly. The desk chair did not adjust and remained in the lowest position - had to use pillows to sit on to sit in the chair.

Room needed some repair. I shared my concerns with front desk on check out. Room needed some bathroom repair.

my room wasn't locked when I got there that's scary. no towels or soap in the room. my door lock was broken. the air conditioner was loud. gross green bananas at breakfast. dirty water around the outside of the pool area. elevator broken

All staff were polite and kind. I felt bad for them because their elevator was out of order and their phone system weren’t operating. Despite this the staff was great.
-
Doors don't close, place is moldy and disgusting.
-
Glad to see they had a guest laundry.

Booking room was a breeze. Easy to get to. Staff was very friendly. Bottom floor was clean, breakfast area was maintained well, well stocked, nice variety of food available for breakfast. Checkout was very simple, and we were Thanked for staying with them, and invited back Upon entering the room, it was very hot. Easy fix by turning on the AC. The beds were made up nice, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean, but the floors had not been vacuumed. They were not filthy by any means, but they could have been vacuumed.
