Best Western Plus Pflugerville

Shower needed some cleaning. Stains in corners. The A/c was so noisy. Kept waking me up. Hallways and elevator were dirty and had an odd smell. I joined 2 rooms they were on 2 different floors kinda odd. I would stay there again if I needed too but definitely wouldn’t be first choice.

we rented out the conference room for my daughter's graduation party and everyone was so nice they set up the table and chairs... the overnight stay was so peaceful and relaxing after the party

We arrived about 1:00 pmand staff was very easy in terms of early check in

I’ve been staying here for the past few weeks for work. Overall it’s a good place to sleep and shower. My last 2 stays the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have liked in that there was hair in my bathtub and my bathroom sink. The floor needed to be mopped in the room and the main hotel lobby there was plenty of dirt on the floor and some in the bathroom elevator. Sometimes other guests can keep a little bit of noise at night time but the front desk staff quickly remedied the issue. All in all a sold stay for basic overnight needs.

I like that the property had a welcoming library. The ceilings were very tall in the room which made it feel more home like and the room was very big.
