For the price we paid we expected a luxurious hotel, and the ads we read made us think there was a pool. The pool has been gone since COVID and the building looks like 1960s architecture. After we checked in we went out for lunch and on our return we found the hotel staff in our room stuffing all our clothes that we hung in the closet into a trash bag along with our small suitcases!!! They mixed up our room number on check in and they thought the previous person had left their stuff in the room. Was that related to making our reservation thru Hotels.com? I don’t know. On the good side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and the neighborhood looks safe. Olive Garden, Applebees, Red Lobster, Mexican restaurant, great Smoothie King and two grocery stores within 10 minute walking distance.

very pleased with this property. we booked knowing it was 30 min drive to city for a concert driving 3 -4 hours north of here actually would definitely recommend this for any philadelphia stadium overnight trips was able to get in few hours of sight seeing sunday morning..

The man at the front desk was very helpful. The wash cloth in my room had a stain as well as my bed sheet. The bathroom needed an upgrade.

We stayed for 2 nights. Night 1, there was a baby roach on the phone cable. We killed it. Left at 9am Friday morning, came back at 1am. The room was not cleaned, we did not have any clean towels meaning we had to reuse our wet dirty towels. When asked for an iron the first night, they were unable to provide one.

Overall good

The hotel was falsely advertised. The pool was under maintenance and wasn't updated until arrival. The housekeepers were a pain in the a**; I couldn't get clean towels due to me not requesting it in advance (a day before its needed.) The remote to the TV wasn't working and the staff didn't care to come fix or replace it.

The shower drain was not going down. There was also no hot water after one person takes a shower. The room smelled bad when we first checked in the room.

Bathroom mirror was a challenge Bedside lite out of order and shower gel basically empty. Coffee pot in room didn't cooperate. No coffee available the am of the 12th ????? Didn't care for being an old lady on first floor at end of long hallway.

I enjoyed my Fourth of July stay. The staff was very welcoming. Property was clean comfortable

Checked in late, staff were lovely and very helpful. Property is on the older side, but convenient to the airport. Bed comfortable, room clean. Photos are accurate. Unfortunately the air conditioner was extremely loud, as was the fridge - making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise, as expected.

Had king suite....so much empty room. Bathroom was so small and tight it was laughable and very uncomfortable. Had to turn the ac down to 63 to get the room cool. Room smelled musty upon arrival.

Hotel staff was courteous. Hotel served its purpose.
