Nothing We left early because of how bad the beds were and the no refund policy is stupid because we now understand why you don’t refund people since your facility is TERRIBLE!

check in was very easy. got up to our room and it wasn’t even cleaned. one bed wasn’t made, the mattress topper was completely ripped with a huge hole in the center. smelt like old leftovers. went back down to the desk and told them our room wasn’t cleaned. they quickly grabbed linens and ran up to the room. gave it a quick wipe down and made the bed within 15 minutes and we were “all set.” lampshade and ceiling had mold all over it. air conditioning made the room very “moist.” our shower didn’t even have a shower curtain. staff was pleasant. luckily all we were doing was just sleeping for one night. would not come back.

The second room was still not the best but better. There were no amenities in the room, no one came to clean or offer fresh towels within the 3 day stay

I DID NOT STAY HERE. I FOUND A DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATING HOTEL. We travelled from NY to Philadelphia for a concert that was at 3:30. The reason we chose to stay here was due to guaranteed early check in between 12-1 PM which I confirmed with workers multiple times via phone call and with Angel a day before arrival. We check in @12:30 and we are told the hotel does not do early check in. Emma was extremely unhelpful, not pleasant and did not show any empathy towards our situation. We offered to pay extra money to have a room ready now, she said it takes over 4 hours for 1 room to be cleaned and we would not be able to check in until 3 PM. I asked to speak to the manager Thomas Wilson and she gave me the front desk office number where she answered the phone. I emailed Thomas several times have still yet to hear from him. We ended up finding another hotel and were able to make it to our concert. At the other hotel, we stayed at we ran into a family who also was going to the concert and WoodSpring suites CANCELED their room for the night. This place is horrible, terrible customer service, and a bunch of scammers. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. You can find way better hotels, this is not the one especially if you have a concert at Lincoln Financial Field.

Spacious area.Everything was in great location.Free parking. Great size refrigerator and stove area.Good a.c and heater unit. No cooking utensils.Wifi said I could connect only up two devices if not I would be charged but literally only let me connect to one device Room had strong odor of cigarettes all day and night everyday. There were hairs everywere I had to manually clean the bathtub to make sure hairs were gone in order to have my kids take baths. Had to manually dust off hairs from beds.Floor had a oily feeling to it if anyone tried walking bearfoot.Bed mattress were very uncomfortable. Was provided with only two full size towels knowing that we were a family of five.Also just a hour before check in time I recieved notice that my room that I reserved in a momth advance and paid for was changed and nolonger was provided with a sofa bed knowing we are a family of five no discount or upgrade was offered.

Hotel was good and very well situated for traveling.

It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Front desk reprehensive was very informative and friendly. The area was great and the food facility around the hotel was in walking distant and very good.

Había leído algunos comentarios negativos y tenía mis dudas,pero mi experiencia fue muy buena, me sorprendió. El cuarto estaba muy limpio y la ropa de cama, y buen tamaño.Tiene una cocina, no tiene cafetera ni utensilios. Nosotros compramos un salten y una cafetera para dos familias unos utensilios desechables y resolvimos,así nos ahorramos tiempo y dinero. Todo lo que estaba en la habitación funcionaba muy bien. El personal nos trató muy bien, nos dieron un cuarto de una cama con sofá, cuando habíamos reservado un cuarto con dos camas pero nos prometieron qué en dos días nos iban a dar un cuarto con dos camas y así lo hicieron, aunque no hablamos mucho inglés se esforzaron por explicarnos. Los dos cuarto estaban limpios y las camas y sofá cama muy cómodo. En resumen por el precio y la cocina está excelente ,lo recomiendo.
