The room was not clean. Hair was in bathroom and bedroom Cleanliness

The property and room was very clean. My problem with this hotel is that there was no toilet seat cover which is very weird to me towels were only given when you turn in the dirty towels in a laundry basket, no iron in the room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable it was a fold up metal frame and a thin mattress , two thin pillow and think sheet as a cover . I believe this is not a hotel but more of a property that rents to people to live. I particularly do not want to stay some place where people live long term I’m not a resident. I will not be staying at this facility again. The only great thing about it was that the room was clean, refrigerator and the common area was kept very clean.

No water pressure in shower. Screaming up hallway all hours of the night. Moldy smell in room

Staff was really nice. My room had a weird smell to it, Smelled like dirty mop water. Other than that everything was ok.

Everything was very accommodating and easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. the place looked clean and ready as soon as I got there. Front desk girls were amazing. Laundry room was clean, however a couple were broken and it was a long wait to get clothes clean. The one front loader washer was clogged and you couldn't put detergent in it.

The people at the front desk are very caring, loving and just helpful all the way around especially the assistant manager. She smiles all the time. Just good people, property is immaculate. I Highly recommend !
