Amazing pool.

Ac went out in my room but they had it fixed in 20 mins but later that night the ac couldn’t keep up but we only stayed one night so we didn’t care and left it for the next person to complain about. They didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches or burritos when we put in our order and I complained about that and the ac issues and the Food manager Mark set us up with a complimentary breakfast buffet for our family. They took care of us and even though we had an ac problem that made up for it.

Like just about everything except the parking was too limited. Hard a hard time finding a space and roadways were somewhat narrow. Otherwise, no issues! Would stay there again.

The location was very beautiful. A lot of activities to participate at at the resort. Gorgeous views every where you turn your neck. Rooms were very nice. Service was great from all staff members.

This is the spot to go if you are going to Scottsdale
-
The property is really beautiful, just a little dated
-
This place is 5 star all the way. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but the staff go above and beyond. Intend on returning for a longer stay.

Packed a bit but fun ☺️

Great time

Room 2045 had spots of black mold on ceiling. Other than that room was great!

Stayed here for a staycation for the holiday weekend. Was charged for parking even though I could not park anywhere near my room but at the front of the property our whole stay. People who were not staying at the property had better parking than we did. Smelled like marijuana throughout the property and kids were screaming and yelling throughout the property all night. Went to all the pools to enjoy the amenities and they were loaded to the point where you couldn’t even sit down anywhere or get in the water. Paid $20 each for small plastic cups of mixed drinks. Ended up spending most of the time in the room. It was not a relaxing time as advertised. If it wasn’t for the nice staff it would have been one star easy. The room had stains all over the furniture. Tv was okay. Around 3am kids were still yelling but parking cleared out because all the people that were not staying there went home because they were done partyingWhen we ran into the security guard he was very nice but laughed off the fact that most of the people parked by our room were probably not even staying here. I have stayed here in the past and they were highly regulatory about people not parking in guest parking and making sure there were wristbands were given out so that the actual guests could enjoy the amenities and it not be abused by other non guests of the hotel. Apparently that is no longer the case. The staff is great but I will not come back to this property. It was not a relaxing or joyful experience.

We were looking for a staycation and came across Tapatio. It looked amazing in the photos and when we drove up it was beautiful. It’s in the cliffs so it’s very hilly. Parked to check in and that was a breeze, then we backed out of the parking space, our rear bumper dragged the parking lot so be careful in the check-in parking spaces. When we arrived at the room, you can tell the age of the resort, the room size was fine and the suite was laid out nicely, but…the chair and couch were disgusting. The arms were filthy and not sure what substance was on the couch. There are many coats of paint and patched repairs. If details are your thing, you might reconsider. The pool areas were nice but kids found cups and food in the hot tub. That’s probably a reflection of the guests and not the hotel. We had dinner at Point in Tyme and the food was really good and the environment was nice. Has an old money feel about it. We had a two night stay planned and only stayed one. I’m sure for many it’s a wonderful experience, but I pay attention to detail and we had to put blankets on the furniture and kept our shoes on in the room. The beds however were clean and comfortable and we slept great that one night. This place probably killed it in its prime.

Very clean rooms and friendly stuff. Pools are very well maintained and easy to access to. No breakfast included in the price. No complaints. We had a nice stay.
-
Our room was clean and the pools and waterslide were such a hit with the kids. We definitely would love to return.

I also have to say this was our first staycation that we stayed anywhere on a Saturday. I mean it was wall-to-wall people in the pool drinking alcohol loud music it was really not a good experience so I think I learned my lesson to never book a staycation on a Saturday and definitely not on a holiday. Thank you.

The pool area and fitness center were open and well maintained. The restaurant had good burgers and breakfast. Unfortunately, my bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way.
