Found a cockroach in the room and was told to avoid the resort fee for locals to book through their site

This resort is very spread out and needs a major overhaul. However the staff was amazing and it is in a very peaceful location. Be prepared to walk up steep hills and you will need a car as there is little shopping, dining (other than the resort), etc. The golf course was a fun course.

The views were beautiful. You'll have a great time whether you visit with your family or your significant other. It's a great place for a perfect weekend get away. You will enjoy a relax environment, with clean rooms and friendly employees.

My hotel room was very dingy. The walls needed to be painted, the furniture was outdated and the sheets and towels were dingy. This is supposed to be an apartment styled hotel, yet there was no microwave. Overall, the room needs a fresh paint job. I was very disappointed.

i have traveled in the united states and international and the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs by far as been the best hotel I have stayed in looking forward to returning soon for another fabulous vacation

The staff were very attentive & provided super fast room service. The Different Pointe of View restaurant was to notch. The service & food were outstanding.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly. My niece and nephew loved the slide at the pool. Don’t eat at the restaurants the food was overpriced and disgusting.
