Very nice room in a top notch resort.

Stayed here for a concert and while I’ve had a great experience before, this time was the complete opposite, we arrived and our room just by a quick glance seemed clean but there was a dead roach, floor was sticky, bathroom looked clean but toilet lid was dirty, didnt go to bed until very late and by the time i noticed it was 12 am and the pillows had what seemed to be like dust and hair that wasnt mine, there was a live roach crawling all over the shelves in the bathroom. I complained the next day and when we had first arrived and they offered us free breakfast and gave me around 50 dollars back since I booked through a third party. Didnt enjoy it at all and couldnt wait to get outta there. The first time I complained they did come and clean the room but not sure what happened when I first arrived, maybe they were training someone on how to clean them then decided to go back and do it later and never got to it? The staff was very friendly but it was a very dissapointing experience to say the most.

I love everything about the Wigwam! The staff is fantastic, the resort is beautiful, and I'll definitely be going back.

The room was kept clean & well stocked every day. Staff were very helpful & knowledgeable.

My favorite thing about the Wigwam are the beds. They are so incredibly comfy. I was last there 16 or so years ago, and I’ve thought about the beds ever since. Will someone email me and tell me where I can get one on those very thin down blankets that are on the beds? They are perfect, and I would really love to have one. Thank you!!! Also, the showers are amazing. I didn’t like the fact that we chose to rent a terrible movie that we hardly watched.

The room was absolutely stunning!

Overall great time! Gym, pool and restaurants were fine, room was perfect and the staff very polite! Well worth the cost!

The overall ground are decent, but could use regular mowing as the grass looked unkept. Adult pool had several broken umbrellas and numerous cracked or missing edge tiles around the pool. Exterior pathway lighting would be helpful as it was difficult to get back to room at night from the main pool.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Very clean. Grounds needed some work. Very little interaction with staff, other than front desk.

I lived in Litchfield Park years ago and never got to experience the Wigwam. It was everything I thought and more. Thanks for the memories!

Think they would benefit from redesigning the pool area a bit but they haven’t. One just for adults. But the main pool feels cramped where they tried to jam in a slide setup. Four stars. My only real complaint. It could use a Starbucks type pickup shop for quick coffee and snacks.
