Travelodge by Wyndham Phoenix North

For being a very affordable option and having a lot of vagriants in the area the room itself was actually very clean and comfortable parking could use a little help as well as access to the second floor having the only two stairwells going up and down one on each side in the center affects the parking and the ability to get to either side quickly if they were on this side for no doors were at it would be easier to adjust and or adding stairs in those places while keeping the center ones feels like currently it has a very tight escape plan if one needed to escape but I live on the side of paranoid thinking so

Rooms No help from staff

The bed had stains on it, bathtub had pink hand print on it and razor cap in drain. Door was cracked looked like blood on lamp and a fir broke out at hotel. Had to get a room at different hotel on Friday night. Staff was on phone and not paying attention to us when we checked in

I got there and my room door would latch shut or lock and they didn't have anyone to fix it or give me another room. The front desk guy said he would refund my money and he did not do so

Was told that the pool and hot tub were available which it was not the whole time there was no ice machine that outlets in the bathroom did not work change rooms the second day to the room with a properly working AC however the lights in the bathroom did not work the TV did not work and still the pool and the hot tub we're not available which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel

The people that kept trying to entrr my room it was not safe. There was a peraon in it when i arrived the air was rwrrible i felt like i was being drugged. There was a weird symbol on tbe ceilin no screen I n the wjndow andi coukdnt sleep. Not safe

The entire property felt unsafe. There were people openly using drugs, and I witnessed what appeared to be activity related to trafficking throughout the hotel. What was most disturbing was that no one seemed to do anything about it. It felt as though this type of behavior was considered normal or simply tolerated by hotel management. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The carpet was extremely old, stained, and worn down—it looked like it was older than I am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel, and I genuinely did not feel safe during our stay.

Crackheads everywhere, cigarettes burns on the blankets, home(Les) people everywhere. Drinking outside. Beers everywhere. People sharping knives while starring at you. Not comfortable at all. Recommending everyone to stay away from booking here! Not family friendly at all. The bed. The dirty stains on the floor/ carpet The blankets weren’t washed. No extra towels. No soap.
