Comfort Inn Pine Grove I-81 Hershey Area

There was no hot water for a couple days. Nothing was mentioned on the website when we booked NOR were we told at check in. Another customer told us.

i asked for changing the originally assigned room, new room was also having same issue. Not recommended at all.

Room dirty when arrived. Old mattresses, tables & chairs stacked alongside the pool & starting to mildew. No hot water in room. Rodent feces and mold in hall by elevator.

The 2 rooms I reserved did not smell clean, we stayed 2 nights the beds weren't done, towels were changed, breakfast was minimal and you was not allowed to get ice from the ice maker to put in your cooler. And the main reason I reserved in this hotel was for the pool the was dirty. No staff other than the one at the counter, other guests complained about not having hot water in there rooms. My room bathroom looks like was falling apart and the refrigerator in the room was not working. The people at the counter had no information about places to go for entertainment or restaurants. Parking was good and a McDonald's was in front of the hotel. I don't recommend the Comfort inn to anyone.

The first room was filthy, with stained bedsheets and a dirty bathroom. The replacement room was also unclean, the air conditioner did not work, and there was still no hot water. I ended up taking a cold shower that night because I was too exhausted to keep changing rooms. The following morning, the staff offered me access to another dirty room just so I could take a hot shower. I refused and had to take another cold shower so I could leave. I had one more night remaining on my reservation, but I chose to leave the property because I could not continue staying under those conditions. Despite all of these issues, I was still charged for the approximately ten hours I spent at the property. This property failed to provide basic cleanliness, functioning amenities, and professional customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

A safe place to sleep. But no hot water (they apologized and attempted to give discount), very basic breakfast (nothing to drink if you don’t drink coffee or milk), and elevator with strange sounds.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. No hot water the first night so you couldn't take a shower. I was promised a non smoking room but was put in a room that someone had obviously smoked in. It reeked of smoke. No maid service to make bed or bring clean towels. The front desk was unable to print a receipt upon check out. Had the wrong email address for me. Seemed very disorganized.

It was cheap Because it was cheap rates everything was cheap. The pool room was full of old bed mattresses. The place smelt terrible. The beds were hard as a cement floor.

Was just ok. Outdated and not terribly clean, but also not expensive either. Staff was very helpful and receptive.

The room was clean. The mattress was old and very soft. The pillows were small and old as well. This is a dog friendly property with almost no real space to walk the dog. Additionally, the area was loaded with dog poop.

Not the best experience at all. Soon as we walked in staff was fighting with the manager about unpaid work. Not a friendly environment at all. Manager had an attitude as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay there. Never greeted us the whole time we were there. Rooms didn’t look or feel clean & smell funny the whole time we stayed in. Bathroom faucets had rust on them as if they were never updated. Sheets had dried blood on them as if never washed. The only thing my kids were looking forward to was the pool but that was also cold as ice. Mattress's were sitting in the pool area for I don’t know what reason? We were told the pool was heated but broken. Overall such a horrible experience for us & we will never return to such a run down place ever.

nothing, cute dog in the window when we left The facility was very old. Blow dryer in room was very old and rusty. Furniture was pretty beat up along with decor. Sheets ...wasn't sure if they were changed as they were wrinkly making you think someone already slept in it. Gum stuck in carpet. The room did what it had to as we literally needed somewhere to sleep, our stay there was less than 24 hours. Property needs an update for sure.

It’s not at breakfast at location Room was not very clean. Also room had no hot water reported problem to front desk. They told me that this was normal because it was an end room and sometimes they don’t get hot water right away. Please let water run for about a half an hour and then you should get one never got one would be should be refunded for the whole problem unfortunatelybooking.com and not help out.

I mean really bad, I never write reviews. This place was that bad. TV was broken, stains on all sheets, and the shower didn't drain. Go anywhere else.

The showers were terrible. There was no water pressure and if you weren’t careful you could scold yourself very easily.

Would not recommend. Air conditioning in room sounded. Like a jet aircraft taking off. Was not given a different room because of it. Front desk said nothing they could do until 9am the next day. Our room did not look like the ones in the photos.
