Our greatest complaint is the food. It was subpar and ridiculously expensive. We bought a cake for dessert as room service and the cake was seriously salty. I think the baker confused the salt for sugar. In the future, we may stay there again, but we will never eat there.

We did not get to utilize as many of the amenities as planned due to weather. The Lodge was updated above and beyond. It was exceptionally clean & the grounds were impeccably maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly & down to earth. It had the feeling of a a 5***** luxury resort without any of the attitude. We are already planning our next return trip.

Restaurants were closed and hot tub’s wasn’t working and kerig in our room barely worked and I asked for a replacement and it never came.

One of the most beautiful peaceful places I have been. All of the staff I encountered were professional and courteous. I wish my room had a microwave, but I had a refrigerator and I may do say really really nice resort with lots of free things to do.

Very relaxing and enjoyable. Do not miss the Butterfly Center! Went back twice it was so good. Also, the Raptor/Birds of Prey Presentation.

This resort was such a pleasant surprise!

My only problem: the WIFI within the Lodge. Intermittent connectivity. I had to disconnect/reconnect every 15 minutes. I could not identify any wireless access points on the 3rd floor. There was a singular Verizon device near the elevators. The ground floor had one access point near the conference center. I did not see any others. As a Verizon customer, the connectivity was lacking on mobile. 2 bars of LTE at best on the property. I want to return, but will inquire about any network upgrades beforehand. If you are doing any remote work, Starlink would be a wise investment.

The rooms are spacious, but the furnishings are tired and the a/c is weak. We have stayed here multiple times this year. It’s the best in the area, but overpriced for what they offer. We always enjoy the friendly staff.
