Pros - the bed was comfortable. The towels were scratchy, which I prefer to fluffy. The air conditioning worked well, once the stale cigarette smell was gone. The TV worked. There was plenty of parking, since there were only six rooms in use. Cons - dirty floor, walls, doors, tub, you get the picture. The smell of smoke is still there despite the efforts of the staff. They need to get an ozone generator and use it! Despite our having a reservation, they didn't turn on the air conditioning, or air out the room. Also see photos. Yes, we stayed the night. The staff wasn't interested in refunding our payment despite the problems. No, we will NOT be back. Caveat emptor! It seems that the government of the City of Pine Mountain doesn't want any new lodging, preferring to rely on Callaway Gardens. This is very short-sighted.

We enjoyed our stay! The only problem that we experienced was with the cable.

The location shows definite signs of age , and there was also no breakfast of any kind provided. It was clean, though. Normal hotel amenities were there outside of the lack of breakfast. We've stayed here several times and appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of both the front desk worker and the housekeper.

Wish coffee stand was open earlier

The staff there were excellent from the maid to the man at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a good hotel. Everything worked well. And it was clean.

I don’t recall seeing breakfast anywhere on the property. Also, the facility was clean. Tv and phone were very outdated. Tub had a ring around it. Power went out for a few seconds the morning we got up to leave.

The room was ok,however there was a nasty moldy mini fridge! The inside of the toilet was disgusting! The hot tub worked well unless we flushed the toilet then it stopped up. The suites were at the top a hill that had a deep pothole! Scraped the bottom of my car! I informed management, he simply said " maybe your car is too low" ridiculous! The air didn't blow well. The suite isn't worth $179. Extremely Disappointing

The hotel is s very close to Callaway Gardens, which is a plus! The staff is very friendly!!

Everything was good. Will be going back.

Convenient to our activities. Went to First Baptist on Sunday, wonderful church experience, friendly folks.

Told us we could park in the handicap parking if we had a tag.- strange Room smelt musty and closed up, I was hoping it would be better after the air ran for a while- it didn't the funk stayed all night. The floor felt gross, I don't even want to know when it was vacuumed last. The mold in the shower and shower curtain was disgusting the tub also rocked when you went from front to back, there appeared to be powder cleaner in the bottom of the tub. Toilet also wiggled when you sat down, I'm a typical size human a toilet shouldn't wiggle. Two thin towels 2 was clothes 1 hand towel. Why can't hotels understand that we need hair and body towels?!? Bed appeared clean, pillows were lumpy. Someone's leftovers in the fridge We killed 2 flys in the room, several dead around the window seal area. Only ½ of the plugins by the bed worked on both sides. Terrible flickering light outside the window and of course the curtains didn't block out the light Yes we should have left but had just completed a full day hike and needed sleep over fancy.

Not enough water pressure.

The room was clean. The hotle was some what dated. I didn't like that they didn't have a pool.

Good location for 2 night stay. All staff very helpful.

There should be more than one cup at the coffee station in the room.

This was our second stay we love it here
