Friendly staff and close to Callaway Gardens. For the price it was a great deal. The rooms could’ve been a little cleaner and only got two towels for our stay. We had to go to the front desk to get extras. All in all a good stay and we would stay here again.

Room was clean and staff very helpful when I lost my key. Once I told them my name, they knew everything I wanted and needed. Check in was very quick. Person was very polite and friendly.

Location The lamps and lights did not work in the rooms. The stairs were broken.

The only good thing to say is the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The room was dirty, the refrigerator was on such a slant that you couldn't open the door without tilting it back, the freezer was frozen over, the bathroom was disgusting, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Although the bed was comfortable, it is obvious everyone sleeps next to the nightstand because it slanted down towards the nightstand. The mattress does need to be rotated. The bed closest to the door emits a metal clanging sound every time you turn over on it. So I was up thinking some kind of truck was in the parking lot all night. Very, very disappointing!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, basic economy hotel, but the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and came equipped with microwave, mini fridge, and a 5-cup coffee maker (luxury!). The man at check-in was pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. The location is exceptional for access to downtown Pine Mountain, F.D. Roosevelt State Park, and Calloway Gardens. The room's carpet and bathroom fittings are well past their prime. There is no breakfast so bring your own or check out the local eateries.

Rm 1 we were assigned apparently the housekeeper never finished cleaning. Rm 2 needs a deep cleaning in general. The facial tissues was empty. The hot tub had 2 dead flies. The shower curtain had a reddish stain. On the property, toward the back exists a deceased swimming pool. The desk clerk seemed helpless but cordial. He commented that the housekeeper was elderly and overtasked (15 rooms). There was no checkout as office was locked. This was a Days Inn but has apparently had better days. A lot of cleaning, updating, and repairs needed.

It was a last minute decision to make a quick trip to visit friends. The hotel was 10 minutes away from where they were staying so it was convenient. It also allowed dogs. It advertised a pool, which it didn’t have.

The room was a little outdated but it was clean. We booked the hotel last minute. The area felt very safe and was very quiet. We checked in late without any issues. The check in was very quick without any issues.

Pros - the bed was comfortable. The towels were scratchy, which I prefer to fluffy. The air conditioning worked well, once the stale cigarette smell was gone. The TV worked. There was plenty of parking, since there were only six rooms in use. Cons - dirty floor, walls, doors, tub, you get the picture. The smell of smoke is still there despite the efforts of the staff. They need to get an ozone generator and use it! Despite our having a reservation, they didn't turn on the air conditioning, or air out the room. Also see photos. Yes, we stayed the night. The staff wasn't interested in refunding our payment despite the problems. No, we will NOT be back. Caveat emptor! It seems that the government of the City of Pine Mountain doesn't want any new lodging, preferring to rely on Callaway Gardens. This is very short-sighted.

We enjoyed our stay! The only problem that we experienced was with the cable.

Very friendly staff. Located close to the safari and Callaway Gardens as well as local stores and restaurants. Clean and comfy. No breakfast but restaurants were right there.
