The facility ran out of hot water if you took a shower late in the afternoon or early evening, this was our only complaint.

I guess being an older hotel, the suites are quite large. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The building and elevator are old but certainly functional. We did not have time to partake of breakfast so no comments on that. Fantastic location. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has mold. With a child that has asthma and triggered by mold or pets we had a horrible night! I let the front desk know when we checked out (ours before we planned) and she was sympathetic but didn't offer to credit anything back for the night. There was a smell coming from the ac unit and I am betting the mold is in there. Be careful if you have any lung issues with this hotel

Location great, beds great, yes it was clean, needs some details taken care of…scratches on hall walls, dings in room walls, mildew corners of tub/base of tub, cracks above doorway into bathroom, door lock busted into at one time but it was working.

Convenient where I needed to be. Second year in a row where I had to run the heat because the humidity could not be controlled by the a/c. Also pool was not ready this late in June.

It appears to be brand new or newly remodeled, really clean really quiet. Great location to the golf.

Room was average. Breakfast was barely average, but the staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was cheerful and friendly.

It was close to the people were visiting. The pool was perfect for the hot days. They ran out of food for the breakfast served each day.

Everything was great. The hotel was clean and quiet. Location was ideal and breakfast was good. However, the pool needs to stay open past 8:00. I got back at 7:50 and it was 96 degrees. A pool dip would have felt great, but it was locked up and the gentleman on duty said it closed at 8.

Very convenient location and friendly staff. Close to nearby shopping and restaurant, the perfect stop on way to Pinehurst golf! No complaints - maybe add ability to buy water in bottles but that was an unusually hot period during our stay.
