The only thing my grandson and his friends enjoyed was the pool! This stay was for my grandsons 12th birthday! Overall things weren't good! Didn't like the fact there was no microwave in the room and the coffee pot couldn't be used because it was missing a piece! We did use the domino's 25 percent coupon but our order went to the casino the first time, front desk lady told me to go to casino to get it, the security guard was extremely rude saying not my problem that infuriated me so called domino's again they made new pizza and still got it wrong delivered to wrong floor so my kids had to eat cold pizza!! I know hotel is separate from casino but you wont have people who gamble stay at your hotel if you dont make things right!! Like I said, this was my grandson birthday gift but we most likely wont stay again!! The breakfast was absolutely terrible also, if you are going to offer a full breakfast then make it a full breakfast serve bacon or sausage links not the sausage you served which is like kilabasa not breakfast sausage, serve biscuits and gravy that's allways a big hit especially for kids!! Do better its unlikely we will ever stay again! This was my grandson's 12 th birthday gift he was disappointed in the stay! Also the television got very few stations so kids had nothing suitable to watch!

The front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. The ladies who cleaned the room were accommodating and refilled supplies, but the dispensers in the bathtub are inconvenient for one who takes a bath. The breakfast was nicely done and the lady who runs it is a hard worker.

We didn't like the adult arcade (casino) and the odor of smoke entering the hotel. Smoking is disgusting (opinion) the carpet on the 2nd floor isle was coming up and made a long walk to get ice. The window shade in our room was ripped allowing the sun to wake us up early in the AM - The breakfast was good, and the the hotel had one of the fastest elevators that I have ever experienced.

It was amazing five plus stars. All staff members were so kind and professional. The only complaint that we had was the Internet speed.

We liked the location in Pittsburg, the casino attached was a bonus, and the restaurant that was also attached was very good too. Why would you ever put a barn door onto a bathroom, especially one that has gaps all around it and is worthless when privacy in a bathroom can be top priority during a trip with your family. We actually went to another hotel in a different town on our trip and they also had a barn door, however, you could tell they put the money into it's door - tight seal with no gaps/cracks and much better quality. Think about this request for change...

Clean room

It was just "ok" We didn't care for the bed or pillows. They were not comfortable. Also, none of the ice machines on the floors were operational Over priced for the experience.

Smelled a little like cigarette smoke in the lobby, but overall great stay!

Was clean, breakfast was ok. Usually is better. There was no facial tissue in bathroom and the dead lock on door didn't lock.

Internet WiFi was terrible.

Everything was fine until I went to take a shower. The shower control bearings were out and would not turn on. I requested maintenance multiple times as we had an event to attend. The front desk said he would be right up, but never cane. We eventually had to leave without showering. Ran into maintenance on the floor. He said he knew nothing about the needed repair. We were disappointed.

The hotel was sparkling clean in all areas I visited. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book another stay here when in the area.
