The beds squeaked, and these were the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve slept on at a hotel. The shower had mildew, corners weren’t clean, just not a great experience.

Staff was helpful and kind, brekky was bussin, and overall the room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that the pillows are flat and the blankets are thin so if you like supportive pillows and warm blankets, bring your own to add to the mix.

The tv, the volume did not work. The carpet was wet…weird. Wondered why the bottoms of my shoes were wet when I went to the bathroom. Removed them, the carpet was wet after stepping of the entry floor. Just a yuck feeling.

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The shampoo was missing from the shower and the body wash was empty. There were plenty of towels. The breakfast was fair but there was no orange juice but all other juices were stocked. This is our go-to hotel to stay at when in Pittsburg. Have stayed there multiple times over the years and have found it to be satisfactory each time. The location is great as it is right off the bypass. Will stay there again.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel is Very clean and staff is helpful and accommodating. The only thing that could be improved upon would be the water temperature. I took my shower at 9:30 am and the water was barely warm...so that was not pleasant. Hopefully that can be looked into. Thank you.
