Great breakfast. Very attentive personnel no matter what your needs might be

On the downside, while pet friendly, there was an additional nightly fee that was not part of the listing. When other guests spoke in the hallway, it was also a bit distracting. Also, check in took two hours and the reasons provided changed: initially that we brought a pet and that the specific room wasn't ready, then that they tried a different room, but the system wouldn't allow the change. Ultimately, the manager on duty did see how long we had waited and quickly resolved the matter. Lastly, some of the fixtures in the room appear older/rusted. While they didn't affect function at all, it did give a bit of a run-down feel. But for the price and location, even with the additional fees, and with the short notice on booking (we booked just a few hours before arriving) we were satisfied.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Old place that needs mechanicals updated, but clean and safe with nice staff. I don’t regret staying here. Good call for an overnight stay.
-
The staff at the front desk was not very helpful and was annoyed by doing the work.
-
The beds and the restaurant dinner There was no microwaves in any of the rooms so we had to walk all the way to the front just to heat up our food or coffee machine
-
The pool, and breakfast, and location for our time we were spending in Pennsylvania. The beds and want more joined rooms.
-
Ac inside the stayed room was noisy and not clean. No fountain drinking water. Atleast they should have provided complementary water bottle when checking in. Rest are ok.

Clean and comfortable room. Quiet. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Staff was great. Needs some updating. Lots of the furniture needs recovering or replacement.

Bathroom taps are leaking all the time

Nothing Staff was very unprofessional n very rude.

The staff was friendly at the front desk, pool area and during breakfast. The facility is run down and outdated. Things were rusty, dirty/ dusty, and most things didn't work properly like the outside doors and pool door.

Blood on pillow cigarette butt on floor by the bed. Smells were terrible bathroom was dirty
-
The breakfast buffet was great so many options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty great stay only thing that could use some improvement was the air conditioner in our room was really dirty as well as the filter

Furniture that was all dirty and broken. Some of us would turn nothing was clean. It was dusty rugs are dirty. Need to be replaced not shampoo and bathroom was painted like a three years old baby first for no ice machine we had to walk up to the second floor to get ice door. Locks and keys were not working properly. How to get new keys three times to get into the back door once I got into the back door to lead me into the building, the key wouldn’t open the room. I have to tell her that was. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m not staying there ever again.

This Comfort Inn was not the cleanest or functional I’ve been to. When we got there, I noticed pool towels just randomly strewn on the ground in the parking lot. Went to check in and the person behind the desk was on the walkie talkie, saying a guest was “destroying a room and needed to call the cops”. I asked them if my room could be next to my mother’s and they didn’t even bother to check and said there were not any rooms available. So I went to my room and saw that all the metal fixtures such as the lamp were rusted and the phone was incredibly dirty. I didn’t even want to touch it. And my TV wasn’t working. I then went back to the front desk and asked if I could switch rooms to be near my mother‘s room and they easily switched to me so I don’t understand why they just couldn’t check in the first place. My mother‘s room had a smoke detector going off beeping every couple seconds, so we called the front desk and they came and fixed that quickly. In my new room, the phone was not dirty, which was great, but the lamp was rusted in that room as well and the remote needed new batteries, because it also wasn’t working well-I had to bang it on the table to get it to work. But at that point, I just did not care to contact the front desk again. The pool looked dirty, and the hot tub was a bunch of cinderblocks. I did not swim their. I would not stay in this comfort Inn again.

The air conditioning in the room was great, very effective. The TV was amazingly large (48") and WIFI was included with no password. I brought a double USB "brick", and it was easy to plug in my devices. The bed was quite firm and the covers were heavy. Not my favorite covers. There was an excellent office chair. The corner chair looked shabby. I didn't use the pool or stay for breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would probably stay there again. I was happy to find a traffic signal at the junction with Rodi Road, so it was easy to exit.
