Comfort Inn Conference Center Pittsburgh Penn Hills

No, ice machine, no soda machine. All out of hoarder, places out of hoarder, you had to walk two miles just to get to your room, no elevator all steps never again

We arrived to our room with mold, mildew, damp feeling floors. Black mold and rust on all lamps, outlets and switches. Bathroom and sink had not been cleaned. Couch had white stains. Wall bubbling under the paint everywhere. Moved to the second room with the same issues but not as bad. All the same issues. Including the toilet was running when we moved to the second room. The shower floor would bubble up while you were taking a shower. At this point we were tired from our trip and tried to get some sleep. A roofing company was working on the roof. So obvious water damage. Building C should be completely renovated before renting out the rooms again. We have slept in worse. But this was close. I have breathing issues to begin with and didn’t want to go through the switch again so we just dealt with it.

First time I’ve written a sub par review. The staff was courteous. The property was not maintained well. Our room had a leak from the pipe to the floor. Light fixtures were rusty. No shampoo . Carpet stained. Dried urine on the base of the toilet. Sink had no stopper. All work out equipment did not work. We were able to get refunded. Worst hotel we ever experienced. Again, the staff was trying hard, but it wasn’t enough. We left a day early.

Exceptional

I went to Pittsburgh for a show and just got a place for the night. It’s safe, staff are friendly, & beds are clean.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel needs major updates and cleaning. Would not stay here again

No towels, maintenance wasn’t available to fix stuff in the room.

I’m not sure if this is a staff issue or an Expedia issue but when we checked in they said they don’t have a room for us and after I complained they gave us a handicapped room and not a king size room

Not well maintained. Older and not very clean

Superb

Location Outdated. The mattress sank in. Fixtures were rusty. Bathroom shower leaked. Bathroom was amall

Free Breakfast Pool facility area was dirty and worn down.

Exceptional

Very quiet and almost secluded location. The fixtures in the bathroom had rust on them.

Clean room.

Wish they would fix the hot tub

The staff—the cleaning and reception teams—were excellent and friendly. … However, I didn't like that we only had two towels and that the shampoo and conditioner hadn't been restocked.

The staff were nice and the room was clean

We expected a better Quality for the rooms with the high prices that we had to pay. The bathroom needs re modeled and the showers didn't work properly.

Good
