The room had not been clean. There was a dirty towel on the floor and a used bar of soap.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noticed the exterior was run down (not as pictured on the site). The bedroom sliding door (that leads to the parking lot) had duct tape around the glass to hold it in place. The bedroom had trash on the floor, one unmade bed, heavy dust on the lamps, and black marks on the wall. Also, the beds were sunken into the middle and the sheets were covered in pink and brown stains. The bathroom was also very dirty with mildew all over the shower curtain and scum on the floor of the tub. Needless to say, we checked out an hour after we checked in. When the front desk attendant asked why, I said that the room was very dirty and not what we expected. She was unhelpful in her reply. After vacating the premises I notified hotels.com about the discrepancy between the photos and the actual experience of the hotel. I highly recommend NOT staying here.

And they only had one in lobby

We've stayed here in the past (3 or 4 other times) and had no problems. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. Nothing fancy but did the job. It seems no work has been done to maintain the property over the years. Cracks in the sinks, drains that don't work, no painting to freshen things, etc. It was NOT clean. I about gagged at the hair all over the tub, the walls, and in the drain which told me they didn't even try to clean the tub. I don't expect much for the price, but a little maintenance/updating and CLEAN is all I ask. I won't stay here again.

Had someone come into my room in the middle of the night. Will never use this hotel chain again.

Our room was not clean. The shower was rusty . Very disappointing. Won’t be eating there again.
-
We couldn’t get the TV remote to work consistently and the pool area needs attention, but the staff at the desk were great. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The room was clean, mostly clean. The room itself looked nice and clean. Older and in need of renovations. Bedding questionable. The day of arrival there seemed to be static in the air because every one at the front desk was short and abrupt. The weekend staff was amazing friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good filling

Its an old place but convenient and reasonable. Staff was really sweet and really hoping we enjoyed the stay. I appreciated that. Will stay again

Good experience

The washrooms were a bit unclean and the key card wasn’t working properly, while I noticed some guests claimed it didn’t work at all after they went to their rooms and came back. We came in as 3 families and therefore had 3 rooms, however, it appears our room was meant for a different family and they checked us into their room/booking confirmation. All this was observed while waiting for staff to sort it out for more than 15 mins and witnessed the other family pay again for their stay. Not sure the whole story but sucks for that family. Breakfast was great and there were different and great options!

Place was rundown and linens were subpar. Best thing was location. Easy on and off to get to turnpike.

Mt room smelled like feet. And it really could been cleaner. But it wasn't a bad stay and for the price you get what you pay for.

A good priced place when coming to Pittsburgh
