The hotel is run down. The grounds were trashy. Some hallways and stairways were very dirty. The room was clean but the bedspread was dirty and the bed very hard. The breakfast looked terrible and many of the chairs were dirty. This place looks very scary and the smell of weed was in the hallways. I would not stay here again.

Will not stay there again. Television didn’t work correctly, curtains were broken.

My room was absolutely disgusting. There was an awful odor smell. The bed sheets were dirty. The toilet had feces on it. I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay here. We left immediately and booked another room. Expedia needs to take this place off their website.

The bar here is very nice and big they have free pool table
-
Horrible conditions. Worn out. Dirty diaper in hallway when checked in. Glad to get out without an infection.
-
Location is good away from the city. Not being kept up dirt all common areas need to be vacuumed.
-
The pool was very dirty, there was garbage laying everywhere. They tried to charge my bank card twice after I paid cash. And the person at the front desk didn't know much about the pool or anything else
-
Girl at front desk was very rude and standoffish

Uninhabitable smell was overwhelming. Refrigeration did not work. Poor light. The hotel is a mess with debris in hallways Terrible place neglected house keeping. Smell stayed with me for two days. Nobody should stay in such surroundings checked out after one night. My mistake was not to take pics.

Room could have been cleaner but stay was good

This hotel was one of the nasty place I stayed in. first of all it smelled horrible, I had to go out to buy air spray to freshen it up a little. The tub was so dirty I could not take a shower and it has a slow drain that cause a ring around the tub, my husband use it but had to wash his feet after getting out of the tub, not good at all. I did report the issue to the first desk but they did nothing. the surface was just dirt like they did not care to clean up. the stairs leaving to the breakfast area had trash everywhere. I would like recommend this hotel at all and will not be going back.

The room wasn't too bad, but the lobby and the hallways are dated and need remodeled.

The price was good. Room is clean.

The property was in close proximity to my daughter’s college approximately a 20 minute drive which was fine. The property is run poorly by the management that it has. When I walked in the door, there were at least five problems that they were trying to handle then they told me they canceled my reservation at 5 PM. My confirmation said check-in was from 3 PM to 11 PM and we were checking in roughly around 9:15pm after a long day. There was 2 other guests checking in around the same time also told their reservation was cancelled as well. I found it funny that they seemed to have cancelled all the reservations booked through third parties. Possibly because they wanted to charge more since there was a pro sporting event that weekend. Amazingly they found me a room.

The hot water knob in the tub was too tight to turn on and then when it was on it couldn’t be turned off. We had to ask the desk for a screw driver to tighten the handle and then after my shower the water wouldn’t turn off the whole way. Other than that things went smoothly.

At check in we were told there are no rooms due to double booking. I told front desk we had conformation for room with king bed. He said they did not have one and only option was two queen beds. It was late and tired from driving and were concerned about finding another room due to Pittsburgh steelers game on Sunday the 27 so we agreed to take two queen beds. Hind sight that was not a great choice due to following issues. Hotel was not clean. Parking lot has pizza box and wings on ground when checked in and still there when we left the next day @ 10:00 am for outtings. Room had alot of issues paint was chipping and peeling, both beds were concaved and absolutely not comfortable, floors throughout were dirty, and TV remote did not work. Went to customer service they just replaced batteries and still did not work. Breakfast tasted like it was a day old. Went to bar for a beer asked for lime and bartenter statted they have not had any in three months. Spoke with management about our concerns, he asked us room number and he would get back to us. He did not. When we checked out front desk asked how was our stay, I said we would never stay here again. All she said was sorry.

My room was full of mold and smelled mildewy it was awful
-
Room was not very clean, tv didn't work, there was no shower curtain on the shower rod and there was a cricket in the room that made it sound like I was camping. On the plus side, the bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Everything that could happen did happen. They did not honor my rooms being close together, even after I called to confirm and was told they would be. They had our rooms on different sides of the hotel. The hotel was disgusting. The floors had not been vacuumed. The tables were gross. We checked in anyways, went down to the “heated pool” that was clearly not heated. Decided OK we’ll grab dinner from the on-site restaurant that was not open. According to the bartender there was no food. The bartender also told us he only had three cans of soda for the whole weekend. This is at 7 o’clock on Friday evening we get back to our rooms. My daughter tries to give my granddaughter a bath the tub won’t drain. It took over an hour to drain 3 inches of water out of the bathtub so the next day we’ll use our tub to give the baby a bath and to do our showers our hot water won’t turn on the knob is busted then we go to ask for body wash shampoo, conditioner, things that I called and confirmed were already provided in the rooms three different trips to the front desk to get these done. We asked for do not disturb signs. We were staying two nights. We didn’t want anyone in our rooms. Didn’t need housekeeping. We were told unless you book for three or more nights, they don’t even touch your rooms, which is disgusting because they’re supposed to. there was food and boxes in the hallways that sat there the entire weekend. on Saturday we tried to do the pool again thinking of the suns out. Maybe it’ll be warmer. No still absolutely freezing. Still no restaurant open still out of soda at the bar. This is by far the worst most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The staff was unapologetic uncaring unfriendly. I even spoke to the manager the night that we checked in he did not even care that I was upset or that we had just drove 2 1/2 hours to get there absolutely rude never again choice hotels aresupposed to have some high standards.
