Very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay
-
The room was really dusty and the pillows were all flat. I asked for new pillows and they switched them out for more flat pillows. The location is prime, everything you would need is within walking distance. Stores, great restaurants, movie theatre and really nice clean area.

Ironically, most times the problem is not hot water but we did not have any cold water.

It had a nice work out room but there were no earbuds. The young girl at the front desk was helpful but the older woman, who I believe was the general manager, was down right rude! Kitchen staff did a nice job with breakfast. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was not offered any amenities.

We actually ended up staying at this hotel unexpectedly because my grandmother became seriously ill and we needed a place close to the hospital. Even though it wasn’t the trip we had originally planned, the hotel made a difficult situation much more comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and accommodating. They even offered us the hospital rate, which we truly appreciated during such a stressful time. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after long days at the hospital. The gym and indoor pool were both well maintained and were almost always empty, making them nice, quiet places to unwind. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Although we didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area, it looked very nice with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and many of Pittsburgh’s attractions were only about a 10–15 minute drive away. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Honestly, there wasn’t anything that stood out as a negative. We were focused on being close to the hospital, and the hotel met all of our expectations. If we return to the area under better circumstances, we would happily stay here again

Friendly staff. Good location with a traders joe next door & restaurants.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!! Lots of shopping in the area.

Location to hospita and shoppingl was great. No one told us about the hospital discount rate until after we were checked in. I kept having to repeat my information to the staff member and she still put in the wrong email so I didn't receive confirmation or bill until I corrected it on departure.

Location Breakfast subpar, bathroom not clean and tub was very slippery, seemed to be missing room furniture. Price was a bit much. Shower didn't operate correctly.

Comfortable and clean room

The rudest staff I’ve ever seen

Courteous, friendly and competent reception. Very good location. Good value for the money.

This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits.

Apparently it causes a problem with their bookkeeping system and it took considerable time at checkin for the clerk to figure out how to handle "incidental charges". I prepaid my room charges thru Hotels.com so they did not have my credit card on file. I gave them my credit card to handle any incidental charges. Twice during my short stay I purchased a soda from the little store area in the lobby. I offered to pay cash, but the clerk said it would be easier to charge it to the room. On check out, the clerk on duty did not know how to handle the charge for the two sodas which I believe was about $6. I was in a hurry and had to leave and trusted they would figure it out and charge it to my card. As of this date I have not seen a charge on my card for the two sodas. Not a big deal but you would think they would know how to handle these types of things and it was just a minor annoyance.
