Highly recommend

Our room was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast had many tasty choices and the parking was easy. A lot of shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. We felt very safe.
-
Allowed to check upon arrival which was before advertised time. Comforting after traveling. Pleasant, clean decor.

Right off the elevator hit a wall of sewer smell that permeated the hallway. Set the tone for a dirty shower in the bathroom, a carpet that looked recently replaced but quickly vacuumed. Mold growing on the picture frames. The issue is clearly not enough help and those who are working are doing their very best.

I called the front desk and the staff member was exceptionally rude. Put me on hold for 10 mins, then transferred me to reservations (which is automated, not a person). Called back and was on hold again, then she hung up on me. Called a third time, another hangup. Called back a fourth time and she said she's the Manager on Duty, and that she's too busy to help me. Customer service nightmare. I called to give them a chance to investigate what these two charges are before leaving a bad review, but she was incredibly rude to me repeatedly and unnecessarily.

Clean place and rooms. Nice breakfast included. Close to shopping and easy access. The bed pillows were terrible; they were small and so flat it was sleeping on no pillow. Defeats the purpose of having a king bed with small pillows.

This hotel was a great experience. Next time I would prefer to be on a higher floor as the foot traffic on the first was a little noisy. You could hear the conversations in the lobby area. Having access to the pool till 10pm was nice and the exercise room was great! The staff at breakfast could have been a little more pleasant. The breakfast choices were excellent. I got my waffle fill!

Used a 3rd party to book my stay. Desk Clerk made it seem frowned upon to use a 3rd party booking service. I had to pay an extra $40 fee because of this for ‘incidentals’. Room was clean and served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Could not find any staff to check out. Just left key card on the desk after waiting for over 15 minutes. I only booked at this hotel because it was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. I will have to book again but will choose another hotel even though I will have a longer travel to and from the hospital.

Very clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay

The room was really dusty and the pillows were all flat. I asked for new pillows and they switched them out for more flat pillows. The location is prime, everything you would need is within walking distance. Stores, great restaurants, movie theatre and really nice clean area.

Ironically, most times the problem is not hot water but we did not have any cold water.
-
It had a nice work out room but there were no earbuds. The young girl at the front desk was helpful but the older woman, who I believe was the general manager, was down right rude! Kitchen staff did a nice job with breakfast. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was not offered any amenities.

The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!! Lots of shopping in the area.
-
Location to hospita and shoppingl was great. No one told us about the hospital discount rate until after we were checked in. I kept having to repeat my information to the staff member and she still put in the wrong email so I didn't receive confirmation or bill until I corrected it on departure.
-
Location Breakfast subpar, bathroom not clean and tub was very slippery, seemed to be missing room furniture. Price was a bit much. Shower didn't operate correctly.

Comfortable and clean room

The rudest staff I’ve ever seen
