Right off the highway, clean and comfy. The sink and tub stopper did not work. I tried to draw an Epsom salt bath and all the water went out. I was angry.

Terrible insulation - I could hear people walking above at 2 in the morning. Next, where are the staff? I have never been in a hotel where the staff was available and apparently optional. When they are there, they mostly are outside smoking. Finally, why did not anyone fix the shower faucet after I reported it was malfunctioning?

Clean, comfortable room and a convenient location for our Pittsburgh trip for the NFL Draft. The extended-stay setup made the week easier. Nothing major. Overall, the stay met our needs.

Don’t stay here. It’s not worth it. The place smells. The AC unit shoots out some type of black soot or something. Wasn’t able to stay in my room the last few nights of my booking because they asked that we move all our stuff to the bed and cover it with a plastic sheet so they could spray insecticide. They didn’t provide a plastic sheet and I wasn’t going to buy one so I left

I just moved to Pittsburgh and choice this establishment due to the pictures and claims of renovated rooms. The room we got was so filthy with mold, sticky floors and surfaces that we couldn’t stay there. Luckily the front desk allowed us to view the room and gave us an option if we would like to stay or not. That was the only plus of this place!!
