Nice hotel! Room is spacious and clean, in a quiet area, easy walk to chipotle and Panera bread. Breakfast is decent. Highly recommend!

Property had good location

I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts.

Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving.

Very nice and new hotel. Everything was great, except the coffee and the breakfast were a little on the cold side.

I feel the city needs to update the roads. Major pot holes getting in and out. I wish the laundry facilities were working so I could have washed my clothes prior to coming home. Definitely would stay again

Property was updated and staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and everything was clean. It was a great stay.

It was pleasant That the pool wasn’t heated

I was suprised that they have thier smoking area right outside the door where two guys were drinking beer and smoking cigars, so that was the first impression. The room was nice but it was late when we got back from dinner and went to bed. The next morning I saw how filthy the comforter was with blood stains and obvious yellowing and dirt at the top. They did come and change it when I said something on our way out for the day. When we returned it had been changed but I noticed a faint urine smell near the door and when I said something the next day on our way out I was disappointed to return to the same smell. Nothing had even been sprayed and there was no communication about it. My mother did not want to make a fuss so I let it go :(. When I realized we had very little toilet paper I called down and was told to come get it. I spent 4 nights there. I was disappointed but the breakfast was nice.

Nice place. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was updated, clean, and comfortable. Only problem was we only had a shower and would’ve preferred a tub, the door to the shower would not stay closed so we had to cram a wash rag in it multiple times to while showering. Outside of the hotel is full of potholes that will bottom out your car, it is not at the fault of the hotel but use caution while driving around the area.

We used the hotel for family and friends after our daughter's wedding. The staff couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had anything you needed. We had access to a small party room, where we could all gather and visit. Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Room was nice, everything you need was provided. Sausage wasn't good in my opinion and the eggs didn't have much flavor. They did provide many toppings to spruce up your food. The pool chemistry needs work, over chlorinated and cloudy.

The room set up was nice. Had a lil trouble with the mini fridge but the staff quickly took care of it. Did not receive daily maid service/ don't know why. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good! They kept up on restocking low/out of items, so it was all fresh.
