Great 1001 reviews

Staff was helpful. Location close to Tanglewood. Bed and pillows were awesome. One elevator was not working so that was inconvenient

  • Engine customer Sep 2026

The property appeared to be under renovations. Barely any parking available for self parking. Three elevators on a hotel that has 10 floors and only one elevator was working. We had to wait half hour to get out of hotel with the luggage rack. We had to take elevator up just so we could get on to go down otherwise we would’ve been waiting a lot longer. Rooms are fairly small with very small bathrooms. It was my first time out to the berkshires but I would not stay there again. Extremely disappointed after what they charge for a room.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean but outdated. Parking at hotel was an absolute disaster. Not enough parking in their small lot. We had to park in a bank lot down the street and walk back to hotel. You wouldn't mind but a previous guest said it was the same for past few years. For the price, I would not stay there again with all the projects that are incomplete. Only 1 elevator was working so you waited 10 min. Before you could get on. Also heard that that issue was a few years old as well.

Convenient location with a nice view of the city. Breakfast very good. Staff friendly and helpful

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Staff were all very friendly. Hotel was good location for concert at Tanglewood and we slept well in the room. The big downfall was that two of their elevators were out of operation leaving one remaining for all guests and cleaning staff with their large carts.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The room was spacious and clean but the parking was off site and only one of three elevators was working.

I would skip this one folks. Headed up that way for a show at Tanglewood and wish I had stayed in Lenox . This hotel is under some kind of construction so limited parking , room was a little dirty . One of the beds was weirdly against the window so had to crawl in it to close blinds and had the air cold blowing on me because bed is also up against the vent . Shut it off and then it’s was to hot so no winning there . Was on floor 6 and the elevators are very very very slow . I’m not exaggerating even a little when I say 10 min waiting for it . It also sounds like it’s dying very noisy squeeky . Overall the staff was friendly , the room size itself and amenities were good, full size fridge , microwave small cooking area , Kerri , spacious great for a large family . The area the hotel is in , questionable characters looming around , saw some with signs begging for money . No breakfast included. But parking was free . I personally would not stay again I would pay a little more and stay in Lenox .

Look good for being under constructikn

Bed bugs. Woke up with red welts all on my legs

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Well located place. Nice rooms but the whole place needs some updating. Stale smoke smell throughout that they tried to cover with other fragrances. Staff was great and super helpful.

I rarely write reviews and even more rarely write negative reviews. The parking lot is under construction and the overflow goes to a lot off property. They do have a valet to take your car but it is still an inconvenience and if valet isn't there you are on your own.Only one out of three elevators is working and if you check other online reviews that has been the case for at least three months. My husband overheard them telling someone that they don't have the money to repair the elevators. The pool heater is not working. I understanding is that that has been for quite a while as well. The bathroom does not have a light other than a shaded lamp next to the sink. I did ask for a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience and they were kind enough to give us that and a little money off of the room rate as well. Still not worth what we paid. I understand that problems arise but when they continue to be problems overtime that is unacceptable.

There was only one functional elevator and it held up any movement in the entire hotel, we were staying on the 12th floor with bags. Housekeeping was trapped and could not move between floors efficiently to clean. The “valet” service was rude and coarse, often yelling at cars trying to park in the lot when there was no clear signage or direction. The room was clean enough but there was dark hair in the shower and all over the shower curtain, which is just gross. I paid twice the average rate for a concert at Tanglewood and was sorely disappointed, there was no indication at any point that the property was under intensive renovation.

The staff was great, especially the young lady who checked me in. I'm not familiar with the area and she was incredibly helpful. The room was also great. Parking was a problem. The parking lot was being redone, and I wasn't told beforehand. There was no parking on site, I had to park at a bank a few blocks away. I was staying at the hotel for a concert and had to park a few blocks away at midnight and walk back to the hotel. It wasn't a great situation because there were homeless people asleep on the roadway.

Only the view was nice from the 11th floor Parking for an elderly couple was atrocious, sign said valet parking and the woman just pointed where to park… and was hardly ever there. Hard for elderly to walk with luggage from where parking was to get to the hotel… this should be looked at. There was not one employee that could help us with luggage, or even the elevator…. One was out of order…. And one employee could not get the elevator door open. Had to wait very long for an elevator my husband almost collapsed because he can’t stand for longer than 10 minutes…. Maybe having a chair next to the elevator bay would be good for elderly handicapped. Also there was NO hot water the whole time we were there, had to take a cold shower

We came amidst the parking lot redo. They provided free valet so it wasn’t a big deal. Only one elevator was working the entirety of our 3-day stay which was annoying to a lot of guests. There was no hot water in my brother’s room any morning, even after letting it run 10 minutes.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The hotel is under extensive construction. Barely any parking on site so you have to park down the street and walk back up. Two of the three elevators are broken. It’s just not in a state to host guests at this time.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

I had 2 rooms. 1 room (414) did not have a phone, the microwave didn't have power. The other room was fine. We didn't like that there was only 1 elevator working as we had to wait quite a while sometimes to go up or down. We understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was ok. Bathroom wat too small. One elevator for a high rise hotel Limited parking. Some parking in unpaved areas.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

OMG! Never ever will I stay here again. Only one working elevator. Room needed upgrading , parking lot being repaired so had to park in lower lot . And I paid how much for this room ?!?
