Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson

Great stay. No complaints at...

This hotel is no doubt the best bang for your buck. It is clean, it is one of the least expensive options in the area, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The location also cannot be beat. We could walk to dinner and other places. It has a bit of an old smell, but it is very mild.

Disappointing

Very nice room. Night staff helped with laptop great person

Pleasant

Clean rooms staff was great, breakfast was so so, parking was good, would stay again

Beautiful Remodeled Hotel The breakfast could be better

Great stay for the price. Felt safe.

Breakfast was pretty terrible. Perhaps better cooks. Coffee at the breakfast very mediocre. No non dairy creamer available except dry stuff in room.

I stayed 2 nights and there was house keeping on both days. Great lighting in the room. I noticed a bug in bathroom. Poor or no internet I had to call support. Broken shower knob and shower head. Dirty refrigerator. There was hair in refrigerator. When I ran water down the sink in bathroom, it stinks for first few seconds. Dirty wardrobes and chest shelves.

good breakfast good price

Exceptional

Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect from a typical continental spread. Clean facility and the staff did a great job keeping the place clean. I am deeply disappointed with the room I was assigned. I specifically requested a room that had never housed pets due to cleanliness and comfort reasons. Instead, I was given a room that had a strong odor, was located right next to a heavy-traffic exit door, and suffered from severe highway noise. Because the facility is situated right next to a busy, loud highway, the lack of proper soundproofing or a more secluded room made for a very uncomfortable stay. There was a pet (dog) in one of the rooms closeby and barked everytime he heard people walk by in the hallway.

Very poor

Exceptional

Nothing. The person at check-in was EXTREMELY RUDE and would not accept my payment by card in my name from my bank because he couldn't see my name printed in the card. I have had this card for 10 months, have stayed in multiple facilities without question and even used the self same card to stay at an IHG property 20 minutes after he rejected my card and cancelled my reservation I'd had for over 2 weeks. He also tried to run my card in file before I arrived when the listing on booking.com clearly said "no payment until you arrive". I don't play that game. I purposely keep my cards at low balances or locked until I arrive to prevent scamming. This person was OBSTINATE and UNCOOPERATIVE. It turned out great for IHG though. They have a customer for life now.

Nice place!

Fairly quiet. Good TV. Nice bed.
