Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lakeland Plant City

The rooms were clean the only problem we had was when you turn the water on in the bathroom it came out yellow I'm guessing that it was rust Miss Chris was phenomenal I've never met a nicer staff she made things go so easy the breakfast was great everyday was something different the pool was sparkling clean

In a wheelchair and could do anything in that room because there was enough room for the wheelchair, Enjoyed all of the staff who were very nice,

Breakfast was alright could've been a bit roomier.

It was a very good stay. Our door was a little difficult, but everything else was fine.

Back to back reservations how they were handled were an inconvenience

It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the person at the front desk was very nice. 10 out of 10

The internet was extremely spotty it did not work properly my entire stay. I was charged more for the deposit of accidentals. It was returned back but it was a very inconvenient situation.

Clean room, easy access from the highway. Traffic noise from the street, breakfast was rather plain.

Clean rooms, good location. The Wendy's drive through was loud.

Cons: - no elevator- we were there 3 days. We are 2 Friends visiting a cancer patient. We are 74 and 78, walking up and down stairs with 20 pound luggage was terrible. Anytime we wanted ice we had to go to a different floor (no ice on 3rd floor.). - no bottled water in the lobby. There was 2 refrigerators but none held bottled water because they were broken. We asked if any cold bottled was available and we were told no. - no room cleaning for 3 whole days. What is so wrong with that is that feeling clean and getting new coffee pods are essential for daily comfort. -we stopped a cleaner in the hall and asked what was wrong with our shower and they indicated they weren’t allowed to come in the rooms to show us how to use the showers. Really…do you see any reason why we shouldn’t be reimbursed for our stay? 2 individuals who are seniors putting up with these conditions are ridiculous. I will never recommend your hotel.

We have stayed here several times and had no problems. This time was different, when we checked in they tried to put us on the third floor and then told us the elevator was out of service and would be useable by Sun. It was still broken when we left today Tuesday. We never got any notice that it would be down at all. They did accommodate us on the first floor which was fine. But otherwise, if we came later we would not be able to get a ground floor room. So we being elderly would have to carry our luggage up and down three floors every time we left and came back, unacceptable! The breakfast was not very good, thankfully there was a Dunkin Donuts just across the way. Hopefully this was a one off.

Elevator out of service for 2 days

Sarah at the front desk offered great suggstrong for local activities. I enjoyed the county park and the coffee shop.

Very clean

Great hotel, quiet, clean comfortable beds.

Breakfast menu was fresh and parking was safe. The elevator was broken and my room didn't have any towels. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean.
