Great receptionist!!! Gave me 2 bottles of water and a chocolate chip cookie. Convenient to most popular restaurants. Ran out of hot water midway through my shower!!

Staff was great. Two issues though. Only 2 chairs at the pool for the entire hotel. That does not make sense. Our shower was nice and large. However the fiberglass floor had no type of anti slip texture. My wife slipped before she even got out the soap. Fortunately she did not get hurt. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff did give us a Matt after we informed them of the issue.

My room was great, clean, and roomy. I have stayed here many times and whenever I’m in the area this is where I stay! Breakfast was good and of course the waffles steal the show!

Everything is as good as we expected. Our only problem was the noise from the free wya if your room has a window facing the freeway, in particular, the I-4 eastbound ramp is right next to your window. My wife did not get much sleep for the night and the window does not seem to block much of the noise.
