Hampton Inn by Hilton Sarnia/Point Edward

Breakfast is good, lots of variety to choose from The room is big it’s just you can people talking from hallway even bangings of doors from other units. Barely little to nothing shampoo in our unit. Just couldn’t ask for refill as we’re in the middle of showering when we found out.

Perfect lots to choose from and well organized and very clean Everything was great and felt very comfortable as I don’t travel very often but we did stay here in March because of a family funeral and it was a great experience then and that’s why we returned so your doing everything right ?

Good breakfast choices. Comfortable room. Courteous, helpful staff, especially at front desk. Good location Nothing I can think of.

Breakfast buffet was a plus! Convenient location just off of highway making it easy to continue trip the next morning.

Location was good and staff was nice The room smelled awful - damp and moldy. The air conditioning was very noisy

Staff was amazing. Allowed for early check in and late check out. The pool was lovely!

The room was clean and well appointed. The value was good for the price. The location was perfect for what we were doing in town. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A few things made it slightly less desirable. I do not like that Hampton Inn hotels don't have a standard bathroom door. The lack of privacy with the sliding door with gaps and no lock is very uncomfortable. Also we were surprised that the breakfast is only available until 9am. 10am would be better.

The beds were so comfortable. Everyone talked about them for days. The breakfast had something for everyone, it was very clean and the lady running it was helpful and always cleaning! The kids loved the pool. The location and the noise of the trucks backed up at the boarder made for a hard sleep in the rooms facing the duty side of the hotel.

Jay and Juanita were exceptional with help and assistance. The room was decent on the top floor. Great view of the bridge. We stayed here for convenience dropping our child off the next morning for school. The only thing that could have been better was the selection for breakfast and our a/c was kind of loud

Nice, pleasant and comfy decor, spacious room, clean - no smell in the room or in the corridors, coffee and tea available 24/7, great breakfast on Friday, friendly staff Barn door in the bathroom, breakfast on weekend was average

The breakfast was good. Coffee great. Property nice. Well I did not like the barn door on the bathroom. Felt this was not private enough. Cupboard for clothes was very small. They should have used an air freshner in the room. It smelled of dirty socks.

Excellent location, amenities & staff Kids & grandkids stayed and were able to use the pool each of the 2 day stay. The breakfast was a great extra too. Cannot suggest anything

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Close to Canatara Park. It would be nice if complimentary water bottles were supplied. Other Hamptons we have stayed at do.
