Family Friendly. Dog/Puppy Friendly. Courteous Staff. Great Restaurant.

There was an event going on and it ended at an appropriate time. I had no problem falling a sleep I didn’t hear any loud music. We always enjoy staying at Poland Springs Resort. We will be back!

Beautiful surroundings. Property appears dated, but overall a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly.
-
Staff was amazing they were deiendly and attentive to anything you needed.
-
There was a self serve breakfast.
-
I was very disappointed in the property for what I paid for the room.
-
Great older place to stay, very nice people and will return agsin.

We were not very happy about this, although we did not want to raise any complaints with the lady at the reception, who was very kind and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and it was not her fault. The place itself was clean, but I probably would not have made this reservation if I had known exactly where we would be staying…

Clean nice and easy. I will be back.

The room was spotless and good sized. The bathroom was also very clean and very small. But that's the size they were back in the day. Both check-in and check-out went smoothly and the staff made sure we were comfortable with the arrangements.

Staff was wonderful

The check-in was excellent. The staff at the front desk were very friendly really enjoyed talking with them. Our rooms were excellent and we will stay here again like we have already once.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room for a lodging that's a bit older. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful, and we were quite happy to have found such a welcoming place for our quick stopover. We ate dinner at Mel's Hilltop Restaurant, which was surprisingly excellent (surprising only because we expected more diner-type food, but their choices were not only varied and enticing, but absolutely beautifully presented and done. Their smashburger was outstanding, as were the sweet potato fries they served with it. Because of the season (longest day of the year - cold), we were about the only ones there other than the maintenance crew, but everyone was so friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay with them again if the opportunity arises!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Definitely would stay here again!!

VERY "mom and pop" feel to a nice, unassuming hotel. The front office is welcoming and helpful, the beds are some of the best I've stayed at, and the shower's water pressure is VERY nice. We stayed for one night, but there is a community kitchen you can use so if you stay longer, you can have convenience of cooking a meal and not eating out the whole time. Only slight complaint is that you can hear the main road at times, but it didn't upset our sleeping.

Truly was a beautiful view. People with animals needed to be more mindful of dogs they bring pooping on the grass and owners not picking it up. This will ruin it for other guests that want/need to bring them. Our room left something to be desired. AC was still in window and room was so cold. Turning on the heat was a chore as the heater was a very old radiator and was soooo loud and woke us up early in the am. House keeping was amazing to bring us more blankets. For the cost of the room per night I feel actual conditioner should have been put in container in shower as well as body wash. The suggestion of reusing our towels was a bit much as well. The bathroom floor was so sticky we had to wear socks or slippers. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The coffee area in basement of the presidential Building had no liquid cream or milk for iced coffee and no cups for iced coffee. Powered milk does not melt in cold liquid. Flavored liquid cream would have been nice as well. Overall for the cost sadly would probably not stay again.

Didn't have the breakfast option.

The rooms are dated and poorly kepted. The pillows are old and thin, rugs are stained. Im still trying to figure out what the room smell like. Mold ,old man or chicken barn. The rooms are over priced for what they are.
