The lake view from my balcony is great.

The view from our room of Flathead was spectacular. We will 100% be back.

Main problem was getting around due ti conbstruction

Shower was cold, and handle would almost spin in a circle, make a clunking noise, and couldn’t get hot or even warm water. Sink didn’t have a handle (maybe designed that way?) to lift to release the drain plug. Each time I brushed my teeth, water just sat in bowl until it leaked out around the drain. Light bulbs out. They fixed. Phone didn’t work. Didn’t fix. Seeds in bed. Not bed bugs, but thought so until realizing they were seeds. Thank. Goodness. But why seeds? Not the cleanest. Carpet actually was very clean. Bathroom tile clean as well. Under construction so hopefully while building gets an uplift. Staff very helpful! Esp Girl with nose ring and John in maintenance.

Room was clean, shower was great with the rain shower head, big restroom. Comfortable bed! Really enjoyed and would recommend this place over the Americas Best Value Inn next door as I stayed there as well. Wish I had stayed longer at this place!

The rooms did not smell clean, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and the pillows were rock hard. The only positive was the shower.

Probably should not be open durning renovation tons of kids runing around slamming doors staff was not availiable whenwe we left at 6am

We asked to check in early due to a wedding and the clerk never checked or called to see if it was possible, they stated that they have a 4 pm guaranteed check in time. We had to find a bathroom somewhere else to change in and then they called us 2 minutes before the 4 pm check in to say we could check in early. Our wedding was at 4. Very poor service

Property is under construction/remodeling. This information was not provided on platform used when making reservation. Only one Cafe on site with limited hours. Great view of Flathead Lake. Comfortable room

Clean, staff kind, no breakfast sorry we could only stay one night ( enjoyed the new casino (good good there) but looking forward to in house one next time 😊

Carla at the front desk is always so accommodating and understanding of a last minute booking. Expedia was able to secure a room for us, late and very last minute. Room was clean and ample space for everyone in the deluxe suite.

Great, construction made it challenging

No casino. No breakfast not even coffee. Under huge construction just getting around was confusing. Was a very expensive days in.

The supposed casino hotel was clean, the parts that were open. Nice hot tubs, pool and sauna. Just no casino.

Booked this hotel for the Casino and got to the hotel to check in and the Casino is closed for renovations!! How can you have Resort & Casino with no Casino?? Very disappointed that there is no information in the add for this hotel that states that the casino is closed!! Expedia you need to do better.
