Terrible customer service

Great stay!

My family was in a bit of a pinch for a hotel room and this particular day because of a move. The Sheraton could not have been more welcoming. The rooms were spotless well appointed and great value for the money. I believe there is a breakfast included little breakfast buffet. I made this reservation for my daughter who said it was just very peaceful and in a perfect location for they needed to be. Safe & Clean

The room was nice, property is nice. Very convenient location. The restaurant was terrible. Took almost two hours to get dinner at the restaurant and the food was not even that good.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. A lot of choices at the bar, and the bartender created special drink which was amazing.

We had to stay for three nights because the electricity in our house was out during a heat wave. Good food in the restaurant, comfortable beds, and kind staff.

The hotel is fantastic, but the restaurant leaves something to be desired. Understaffed overpriced and generally, the food is not worth the wait, frustration or price - very disappointing.

Fantastic property if you don’t want to stay in the heart of LA. We used it as a base for visiting Universal Studios, Ontario mills and Hollywood etc (only thing to note is that traffic is very heavy so you need to plan ahead).
