Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach Central

I found this hotel to be comfortable and clean with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was super friendly and professional.

Había reservado Residence inn en otras ocasiones y nunca me había ido mal. ( Nunca había estado en este de Pompano Beach) Reserve una habitación para discapacitados y con bañadera con las ayudas y me dieron una habitación bien pequeña y con una bañadera normal. Mi habitación era la 303. Pueden chequear que no fue la habitación que pague y reservé.

This hotel was not very cleam at all. The loby was very nice and the staff were great. upon entering the room I could immidiatly tell that

All was good. The breakfast was great, it is not your average continental breakfast. Everything is clean and well kept . The access to the pool was not the hours that is displayed. The pool didn’t open till after 9am and that was disappointing for me. My stay was for personal reasons and I wanted to enjoy the pool before starting my day and it didn’t work that way . The biggest disappointment was the pillows. They all had a bad smell. I had to spray them with perfume and wrapped it in the extra bedding sheet that I asked for. Other then that everything else was good. I would consider staying there again based on its location

My bed was pissy. I was charged twice by staff and they could cancel te charge an it’s a 4 day wait to drop the charge.

Particularly Jebari, the Housekeeping Manager. His helpfulness and professionalism, is why I chose the Residence Inn over othr potential venues, and one of the many reasons why I will come back again. I had the perfect short break! Thank you.

This hotel is very clean. Bed is comfortable. You don't hear noise from other rooms. This was my second stay and plan to return.

His name is Stephen Atwell, if he is at the front desk God bless you. The person I spoke to at the front desk at check out told me that this was the second complaint received about him today. I will be filing a complaint with the manager in the morning.
