The guy that checked us in a.k.a. the parking lot Nazi should be fired. He makes this place less desirable than any other place I’ve been to.

Also to add, we booked a "multiple beds" suite and there was only one bed. False advertisement!

Room was clean the only problem was that the sink in bathroom didn’t have hot water. Everything else was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Solid hotel, no complaints from me. The free breakfast was great every morning, plenty of choices to choose from. Pretty close to I-95 and the Florida's Turnpike. Room was very nice. A very good hotel in my opinion.

Since the check in. Personnel made me feel welcomed. Very polite gentleman nice pool with a gas grill available.

First of all the couch in the room looked liked it seen better days. We chose to not even sit on it because of the bad condition it was in, including the stains. The bed had obvious long strands of hair all over the bed and in the bathroom tub. We just got off of a 5 day cruise with a beautiful veranda clean stateroom. We weren’t expecting to come to the residence inn by Marriott to experience these conditions. We were very tired from leaving the cruise and we didn’t bother to express to the front desk clerk of the conditions! We removed the hair from the beds and cleaned the bathroom to the best of our abilities! I personally didn’t feel comfortable knowing that there was someone’s hair in the bed my wife and I was sleeping in. We just made the best of because it was only for one night. The front desk clerk was a very nice and professional lady. She was top notch, very informative of the hotel and the area! Overall it’s a nice hotel just minor the cleanliness of our room!

The room was big and had all amenities Personal the next day had a different attitude from person I checked in with they were not pleasant at all. The hallways carpet was all stained. There was about 6 kids staying in a room near me made sleeping an after thought. I was so tired to drive the next day I stayed here another night. It was much cheaper going direct through them rather them booking.com which was surprised i couod have saved $$ not going through your website

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Tanya at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating and willing to assist us with the stay.

i did not like the hispanic night manager. She was cold and rude.

The front desk was non existent. Staff was asleep in the back room
