Fairfield Inn Ponca City

I didn’t care for the fact there was a whole family 15-20 cooking out of their vehicle and all of the pool area. Also I thought there were no pets aloud however I did see a few in the hotel. Not service animals

Nice hotel, convenient location, with access to just about everything in the Ponca City area. Friendly staff and pretty good breakfast buffet. I had a brief problem with the shower, but it was quickly addressed by the staff (Someone had turned it off so tight it was locked up). I would recommend this hotel for travelers headed to Ponca, or the casinos north of Newkirk. Nice pool, but the jacuzzi was being repaired, so the only negative I can think of.

Employees were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was available but I could not eat the scrambled eggs. The texture was rubbery. The staff was not very professional. The first night the attendant struggled with the new set up to register guests. The next day the front desk clerk wore an orange t shirt with skeletons holding it's hand up with the rockers symbol and writing, I could not remember what it said. His grooming was not professional. He was more interested in hanging out with his friends sitting outside. Once I got into the room, we noticed the refrigerator was not working and I called and asked for a replacement. It is such a small refrigerator and it could have been swapped out. He refuses to exchange it but was willing to allow us to change rooms. That did not make sense. The elevator is old and needs to be looked at due to the elevator jerks and probably needs a new governor rope. It is not a place I think I will stay at again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our suite was large and very comfortable for our family. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We would stay here and again

The rooms were very clean as was the hotel. We had a noise problem with the room and they changed us to another room. I'll go back without thinking twice about going! Very good night's sleep.

Everything from the staff to the room. And showers water pressure was awesome. The lack of choices for breakfast and running out of items.

The room didn't get stuffy; I was able to have the heat on and be comfortable First, the front desk person couldn't get me checked in; I needed a printer and expected there to be one however, she didn't know anything about "anything about that stuff", she had to call someone about getting me check in and they said the printer was broke. I got my room key, got into my room and it smelled horrible. I wish I could discribe- dirty , maybe smoke, just awful. The room they moved me to smelled better. It was definitely not a Marriott experience or room
