Great pool/outdoor area… room configuration was a little odd and beds were very firm… not my favorite! But all in all it was a good stay, would stay there again if I ever needed to.
-
Easy and friendly staff checked me in. The room was wonderful. It was clean, comfortable and a great room arrangement. I had everything I needed and knew where I could get what I might have missed. Wonderful experience.

The casino started out bad but got better. Not very many choices for diabetics with breakfast.
-
The only downside was the restaurant was under construction so you had to eat in the bar. With it being a casino bar it was smokey to eat in.

The whole place was excellent and friendly and well designed and decorated. The ONLY issue we had was that our gorgeous, spacious king room had horrible lighting. It was even difficult for me to fix my hair and, let alone, put on makeup. There is no sink or mirror in the shower/toilet area where the lighting is very good.

Beds were smaller than a queen, tvs didnt work after 2 days of being there so my toddler and infant had nothing to watch, I contacted the front desk. They said maintenance would be there but he never came so we just sat in silence for the rest of our ri.e there. The sheets on the bed had stains we didnt notice until we were getting ready for bed our first night there. One stain look like blood and tbe other stains look like greasy food stains. Be prepared to unexpectedly pay $50 before checking in. I had my room paid in full in advanced and was still charged $50 for no damages, and then an additional $32 that i didn't authorize nor was informed of being charged just for checking out. The breakfast they offer is just oatmeal prepackaged waffles bagels and toast. Keep in mind I paid over $700 for my stay so in my opinion stay at comfort inn because they actually provide a hot breakfast.

Easy parking right out front. Very nice ladies at check in. Loved the lay-out of our room with the mini-living room and wet bar. BUT the vanity counter is too deep for a somewhat shorter person and the lighting terrible for hair and make-up. Nice to have generous travel bottles of bath products plus a make-up washcloth and make-up remover. Super comfy bed and soft bedding. Only the casual restaurant was open but it was good for a chicken club salad and carnitas quesadilla. Chef came out and visited with us. There was a complimentary breakfast (first "free breakfast" I've ever seen in a casino hotel) and it was adequate. Out-of-the-oven biscuits and tasty gravy plus assorted breads, rolls and toaster waffles. Maybe hard-boiled eggs and yogurts would be a nice touch. The pool area looked nice but it was very windy and we arrived too late to spend time out there. The price was definitely good for what was provided. I do wish the slot machines had been friendlier to me though! I would recommend this as a travel stop-over.

Clean place. Unique to have a casino that offered a breakfast.

Hot tub is really nice and they look like they are working on the pool area and it is looking good. Room was ok except for the ac blowing warm air for 3 minutes before it started blowing cool air. It warmed the room up every time then would cool it off.

We had great service and hospitality was over the top, would definitely stay at Osage again

The room was nice. Breakfast wasn't so great

We checked in and checked right out. The entire place smells like an ashtray including the old outdated rooms even though smoking is not allowed in the hotel. The sheets on the bed were full of holes and had brown stains all over them. There were crumbs all over the carpet on the floor and the bathroom door is see through so you can see your roommate using the toilet. Unfortunately, I prepaid for my room and was not offered a refund even though we were there less than 20 minutes. Had to spend another $250 to switch hotels.

Cigarette smoke from the casino filtered into our bedroom. This was the worst sleep I've had on the mattress, it was very hard. Terrible breakfast with only oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagels, and pre-packaged waffels. No eggs, sausage or bacon.
-
Clean room, staff friendly, breakfast was ok.
-
Very friendly staff. Lobby smelled of smoke (from the casino). However room was very roomy, clean and fresh.

When calling the location to try to tell them i needed late check in they would never answer the area code "580" phone number for customer service!
