The GM was very nice when they were upgrading their computers to email me my folio, and the young woman at the front counter during check-in was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but included. Inside pool had lots of available towels and closed at 11PM. Bathroom was very clean, but for some reason there were no bags in any of the trash cans, so I had to use the plastic bag that's there for the ice bucket. Very nice stay and location is closed to a lot of things.

Breakfast service is often the last opportunity to leave clients with a positive impression… not so good this time when I travel, I usually stick with your brand of facilities, but I must say what a disappointment it was at this particular hotel

Breakfast was ok. Same selections as any hotel. The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

Nice place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and roomy.

I didn’t like that I was handicap with an id and had to go back outside to get my husband’s id. Also, deliveries could not be made to the room. I had to go downstairs and my delivery was left on the front desk unattended. Otherwise, the room was very clean. We had 4 guests but only towels for two.

Check.in staff was good room was not very clean no towels no toilet paper trash in can with no bag setting on bathroom counter the shampoo and soaps were empty in shower for the price they charge they need to improve on things

Loved our stay the front desk ladies were so nice and helpful, the pool is on the colder side. The room was great.

Kids running through the hotel was a huge let out....and I have kids. At least a enforce quiet time. And breakfast is done by 930am...any other hotel is always 10am.
