Good property and maintained well. Recommended

The staff was not helpful at all. No phone in the room. Only one spoon. When I went down, because I couldn’t call them, they handed me some plastic spoons. The hair dryer stopped working on our second day. And when we asked for room service our second day there, they brought in fresh towels, no beds made, no vacuuming.

ADA please go somewhere else, I only saw 1 ramp right in the front so when I was on my scooter if cleaning carts were out I couldn’t get by. When I came across another person in a wheelchair one of us had to back up to get by due to the pathway being so narrow.

The stay/location was great. The rooms were spacious. The staff didn’t clean the rooms or make the bed of change the used towels from the night before. After a full day of doing things and driving back to the hotel, we were greeted with an unclean stinking wet towel room that made the second night horrible.

It was cheap and convenient to Olympic National Park.
-
Just a place to sleep before getting on the ferry.
-
I will say the check in process was good and the staff was very nice. It almost made up for the rundown room.
-
Low maintenance facility. Noise all night from outside guests and from the bathroom toilet. The bedsheet was dirty and itchy.
-
Large rooms with comfy beds

The beds were comfortable, room was clean and staff helpful. The room was in need of some repairs

Staff was very rude. I booked late at night as I was coming through town. Arrived w doors locked and management with an awful attitude. Then, wasn't given blankets for sofa bed at check-in & I was treated like it was my fault. We clearly booked for 4. Also, the blanket we were hive. For sofa bed was crusty.

The room smelled like a wet dog. The couch was old and looked dirty and worn. Sorry, but I expected much better.
-
Decent stay for the price. Front desk people kept very poker face during check in , didn't feel welcoming, rest were okay.
-
Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00.

Place is pretty dirty and dingy. Real expensive for what it is. I guess when there’s a seasonal premium, you can charge whatever you want. It’s there if you’re in a pinch and need a place to stay, which I was.

The Staff at the lobby was unfriendly.

It’s affordable for a reason. It’s decent if you need a place to sleep and spend your day outdoor. The room feels crowded for 3 adults in a 2 queen bed room. The bathroom door didn’t close and had wear and tear on the bottom. We ran out of tissue paper and called the front desk. We were told to go and get it from the front desk. It wasn’t a far walk but a bit inconvenient. We didn’t use the hotel pool.

It's was fine. Nothing to write home about as they say . Just a place to stay while sleeping at night. The staff were either bored or just tired. Busy weekend at port Angeles.
-
Only low quality coffee available in the morning. No breakfast; no laundry facilities. A bit of a sketchy neighborhood, but within walking distance of a few fast food restaurants. Older hotel for sure, although the room quality was fine. Front desk people were exceptional, despite all of this.

Average motel. Good for the money. 1st day check in staff polite but not friendly 2nd day staff was much better. There is an air gap between the door and wall of my room. Walls are very thin. I'm not a light sleeper but the people upstairs woke me repeatedly after 11pm by what sounded like jumping on the floor. I did not complain to the staff, just shoved some ear plugs in and went back to sleep.
