The two women at the front desk could not have been less friendly, especially 1 looked like she had a miserable day and was didn’t want to be there. We checked out and went to a different hotel that happened to be $100 less and the service couldn’t have been better much nicer much nicer hotel, and exceptionally nice receptionist

We always enjoy our stay at this location. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and a nice size. Nice to have the balcony. Easy Uber to The Capital Theatre.

The overall atmosphere and quality were great.. The bed was way too soft for my tastes that is the only negative feedback I would have, and I think the pricing is a little higher than I would like.

Only place in Rye, NY and close to 287/95 For the price and the fact that they have their own lot, why charge $10/day for parking?

I understand the area has a lot to do with the price but boy this was overpriced for the quality of the product.

Very happy with the room. Clean and modern. Mattress very comfortable. Staff very helpful. My only complaint is that they charge $10 to park in a large, private parking lot. Seems unnecessary. Especially since they do not provide a free breakfast.

Great room with a comfortable bed. It’s right next to the train tracks but I had a white noise machine so it didn’t bother me.
