Quality Inn Port Orchard

I wish it had a better breakfast.

Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty sorry. No elevators, so be prepared to haul your heavy suitcases up the stairs.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Parking is easy, breakfast is basic. Cereals, instant oatmeal some fresh fruits and yogurt, no hard boiled eggs.

I want to give a huge shout out to Heather and Shawn at Quality Inn. After we checked in, we were told this hotel does not have an elevator. My husband has multiple medical conditions which make it difficult to walk at times and navigating the stairs was not going to be an option for our 5 day stay. The desk clerk said there were no rooms on the first floor and we'd have to talk to management about changing rooms or a refund in the morning. The following day after talking to Heather and Shawn in Management, we were moved to a 1st floor room with very reasonable accommodations. We packed our items and they took care of getting it all moved from upstairs. They both agreed that the fact that there is no elevator is buried in their website and would recommend changes to both Hotels.com and the Quality Inn websites to have it be more visible. The hotel itself is updating their rooms to remove the carpet which is old and could us a good cleaning. The bedding was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the lady there, although super nice, began rationing the food prior the end of the breakfast time. Breakfast is a "nice to have" convenience and would not deter me from booking here again but if you advertise breakfast, it should be available during the hours listed. There is coffee and water available 24 hours in the lobby. There are massage chairs there too. Overall, staff was incredible, parking was good and there is easy freeway access.

Very personable front desk clerk for our check-in!! The room was good and we enjoyed our view!! Loved the hot tub!! Check out was very easy and the clerk was really nice!! The breakfast was just ok.

Because of a homeless problem in the area, the breakfast room is locked, and you must use your room key to get in, and the kind attendant confirms you're by your name that you're staying there. Unfortunately, the Bremerton/Port Orchard area is plagued with homelessness.

Conveniently in town

The breakfast was the usual but a good variety! The hot tub was great! Especially after a day of motocross and a lot of walking!

We were a little nervous cause it looked old but it was very clean. We used ALL the amenities multiple times. They have 2 (well loved) massage chairs. I fell asleep in it. Lol. I usedthesd

The staff were all very friendly but especially the sweet lady serving breakfast and the cleaning staff! The room was quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was fine and saved us time and money so we did not have to stop! We would stay here again! Thank you!

The floor was extremely dirty. The bottom of my white socks turned black. The fireplace was extremely noisy. The hot tub plastic cover near the spout was broken.
