went out of their way to help. Some of the fixtures in the room were old and would be much better if they were updated.

The property was easy to locate. The property seems very outdated. The ice machine on the second floor doesn’t work and there is no out of service sign. The elevator is beat up. It needs an update.

I chose this property because of the proximity to a birthday gathering. Access and location to shopping was excellent however, the room was humid and damp. Even after the AC cool the room remained damp. In addition, the amenities are dated.

Originally I was assigned to a pet friendly floor and the smell to cleaning products was uncomfortable. I was relocated to a new room. There all was excellent.

The staff was friendly The room smelled musty.There was rust everywhere.Even on the sprinklers, the touch spout was extremely loose.I'm surprised it didn't fall out of the wall.Definitely, it will not return to this location. There was even a woman sleeping in the hall drunk. There was only one ice maker that was working, and it was located on the lobby.
