La comidad debe haver mas variedad porque es todo incluido y no esta barato el hotel no ponen en el frio de la habitacion nada solo agua y hay que pedir la lo demas todo bien

The resort is very nice, the staff is wonderful. Not sure shortage on face towel, they only give 1 per room. Ask for more only gave 1. I waiting 35 minutes for a drink at the bar. She kept saying one minute. I actually watch her bypass me for other people aleast 6 other times.

Our room was perfect for our family of four, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The balcony was also large and gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. They even remembered my son’s name and went out of their way to make sure his birthday felt extra special. ❤️ There were also so many activities to enjoy during our breaks from the pool. We made origami, played pool, darts and ping pong, painted, participated in bingo and trivia, and even did karaoke. There was never a shortage of things to do! Since this was a family trip, we didn’t get much time to enjoy the adults-only pool, but the one night we did get to use it, it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There were only two bars open during our stay, which was perfectly fine because there were hardly ever any lines. Things did start getting busier on Thursday, but overall, it was still a great experience. DJ Blindside was great, and the live singer was AMAZING! Overall, we had so much fun and made some great family memories. We would definitely love to come back once all of the resort’s amenities are completed. We can’t wait to see the finished resort!

They keep the property maintain and the staff is friendly. Great for a family getaway. The food was really good for al all inclusive. Oh I t the entertainment was too tier. I will definitely go back.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Everyone we encountered there during our stay was wonderful! There were plenty of activities so you didn’t need to leave the property for anything. The pools were kept very clean. The food in the main restaurant wasn’t anything spectacular, but it was decent enough. The wait staff at the restaurant was wonderful as was Dakota at check-in for the resort. They need to do a little better on the handicap access. I understand this is a recently acquired location for IHG, so the access could still be in the works. The adult pool does not have steps with a rail, but instead, a ladder. Someone with mobility issues would have difficulty trying to navigate via a ladder. The handrails were very slippery as were the steps on the ladder. The entrances to the front desk area which leads to another pool, restaurants and the game room should have a device to push to open the doors. This would include the main restaurant. I was pushing my husband in a wheelchair. If we were fortunate enough to encounter someone nearby, they were kind enough to hold the door open for us. If not, it was a struggle to hold the door open while getting the wheelchair inside. The doors are very heavy. Since the property is so spread out, it would be a great idea to either rent out golf carts to guests, or maybe have a golf cart “Uber” available. I would have been more than happy to pay extra for something like that.

Para descansar del ruido y relajarte está bueno , las piscinas limpias y la estación de café me encantó ,los trabajadores son muy amables , lo único que siento que la habitación pudo haber estado un poco mejor
