I stayed for four days, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing getaways I’ve ever experienced. I especially loved the food truck and the gazebo areas by the water; they were perfect for just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the view. My only complaint was that there were only three gazebos, so sometimes we had to wait for one to become available. The room was very clean and comfortable, but I do wish it had a little more décor because it felt pretty plain. However, I absolutely LOVED my balcony! Being able to sit outside, relax, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere was definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I’d give it a solid 8/10!

We stayed in Building G which is one of the newest buildings on the property. We were assigned to a water view room 830. The room was beautiful except it had electrical issues. The lights did not work properly, either everything was on or off. We could not charge our phones, put a sound machine on for our toddlers to sleep, and had to use the shower and bathroom in complete darkness. I escalated this issue to the front desk staff the next morning at 815am. They called me at approximately 330pm to ask if i liked my new room, however i was never notified a new one was available. I asked the front desk and even the employee said that i was reassigned without notification. We then asked to extend our stay on the last day of vacation, the front desk employee told me i had to use an app to book it without further explanation. I found the front desk extremely unhelpful on multiple encounters. The manager was very helpful and provided a fair explanation. We were able to stay in our same room - however as this it has its issues - many exposed electrical wires, the light in the shower is hanging down by wires, tiles missing in the floor, the elevator wasn’t working (we had to carry down a stroller from the 3rd floor). Also there’s a “guest laundry” in our building - i proceeded to do laundry and 2 employees that were unable to speak English were trying to redirect me elsewhere without a knowledge of where the other room was. Overall, place needs a revamp and new employees.

The food and drink included is not good, no bar in the pool…, you have to go out to get drinks. The sport bar just has 2 pool tables and the same people keep using them mainly the kids because there are rules…, They must have rules so that everyone can play and not stay the same people for so long. The bar at the adult pool also outside en horrible…

Building G is quite far from the main dining hall, and because it was a rainy weekend, the lack of a covered walkway made getting to the main dining areas inconvenient. The customer service at the check-in desk was also disappointing. The staff member did not provide a thorough orientation of the property, so we had to figure out where everything was and how things worked on our own. We also reported that our balcony door was broken on the first day, but no one came to address the issue or offered any alternative accommodations. Additionally, the employee at the taco stand was fairly rude, which made me uncomfortable returning, even though the tacos were delicious. Despite these concerns, I did enjoy my stay overall. With better communication, maintenance follow-up, and customer service, the experience could have been even better.

La estancia en Voco Sandpiper fue buena. La comida muy rica y variada aunque un solo buffet creo ya no da a basto para todo el hotel. Los tragos ricos. Variadas actividades. La limpieza buena. Nuestra housekeeping Amparo muy amable y el servicio a su tiempo. El personal muy amable y profesional en general. Las areas bien cuidadas. No hay playa en el resort. Solo un pequeño lago que lo limpian bastante. Las piscinas muy limpias. Bares y snacks por todo el resort. Resaltar la senora del cotton candy super charming y risueña. Lo recomiendo 💯 y volveria a este resort sin dudas
