Beds were dirty. Room.very loud . Breakfast sucks nothing to eat

The lady that gave me food after housekeeping threw my food out was an absolute sweetheart what I didn't like was being told after getting off work that housekeeping said I checked out after I had paid for the room for second night the night before I also didn't like the pool being closed or I would of went else where if pool is closed they should definitely not advertise it for sales I was told it was a miscommunication between house keeping and front desk next time if u don't hear it from me that I'm checking out don't listen to house keeping

Great Property with waffles for breakfast and a cute pool.

There was no TV working on the property. Their tiny pool was closed and there really were no additional amenities.

Nothing Rooms were filthy and had bugs, smelled horrible! Staff was rude. Pool was closed.

it was convenient to the highway reserved two rooms and was told i could have them next door or across the hall because they had to save the premium rooms . Daughter and two of my grandchildren took first room ( ok ) . Sent my grandson and has friend to the other end of the hall while i parked the car . i walked in and my grandson told me someone else was already in the room they walked into . Told the receptionist and first thing she had to due was go and check the room while myself and another guest behind me waited . she came back and immediately called someone . Then she proceeded to try and figure out what was happening with the room . I had to tell her twice that i didn't care about that room . Told her that i had been driving for the last twelve hours and just wanted a room . finally got another room . opposite end of the hall from my other room of course . Walked in no lamp shade . went in bathroom and the shower curtain rod was ripped off the wall and standing in the corner. No shower curtain anywhere . Called front desk was offered a third room for me to try . Told her we were staying where we were . About one of my worst experiences with a hotel especially after i had been driving twelve hour .

When booking the room it didn't say pool was closed but when we arrived the lady up front said it was and then asked if I still wanted to proceed with the room am not sure if she had a addtuied but seemed like she did but I kindly replied i can't get my refund now i guess its ok i was very disappointed we drove almost 6 hours and my kids were wanting to swin the room was big and seemed very cleaned the double doors the pain was coming off and one of the remotes didn't have a back the A/Cs worked ok there was a odd smell like a old musky smell but it wasn't to bad for a two night trip you could walk to the restaurants and your right on the highway and your little over hour from Tybee island, Hilton Head Beach SC

The location There was a fake thermostat on the wall, there was a fake phone on the nightstand, the shower had no where to put your soap, shampoo or toiletries. The tv was horrible! Slow to connect and the only channels were news and weather channels. No tv guide. No bible or local attraction flyers. Had to walk to the desk if you needed anything. The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable.

As we leaving though we saw a dead cockroach by the door. That was disturbing to say the least and kinda of turned us off possibly returning to this same hotel.

Good location. The breakfast consisted of green bananas, cold cereal, waffles, and oatmeal cream pies. Disappointing.
