Comfort Suites Savannah North I-95

Decent, ac unit needs maintenance/replacement. Hotel is aged and beat up. Needs updating.

It was “adequate enough on a budget for a quick trip” suites. We will not seek to stay there again. Clean linens - check AC - check Hot water for shower - check But everything else left something to be desired, sadly.

While the room was clean, it was very dingy and not well maintained. The wallpaper was tearing off the walls, there was a piece of carpeting missing and warn under the trash can, and the paint was chipping off of the bathroom doors, and the phone didn't work in the room. We looked at the pool and it was murky and had bugs and floating in it (odd for an indoor pool) Our toilet clogged, and when we walked down to ask the front desk for help from maintenance they said they didn't have anyone there who could help and handed my husband a plunger to do it himself. Needless to say, we were pretty dissatisfied with the room. An upside was the breakfast was pretty well stocked, and the lobby was clean and presentable.

The AC went out in the room during the night and they wouldn't move us.

Very friendly staff. Easy check-in. The HVAC unit could use some maintenance.

Was fine -nothing outstanding. Air condittioner was not fully functininoing. COundl not adjust tmpeurture. Desk did not seem to be concerned.

WiFi was spotty.

Worst part of the whole experience. Eggs and sausage gravy were cold. Couldn't even eat it. Coffee was good! Pool was ice cold. Don't advertise indoor pool if you're not going to turn the heater on. It doesn't have the advantage of using the sun to warm it. Carpet in Room was dirty and torn. Dresser drawers were dirty and had something sticky down the front of the drawers. Shower basket for holding personal shampoo or soap missing with holes still in wall. TV guide did match actual channels. Don't know how that even happens unless someone didn't update the system. Fountain out front broken. This property needs some TLC. Or a better maintenance person.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but good overall. Waffles were great. The room was not bad, but the layout left a lot to be desired. The bathroom was not great - the door was difficult and the shower curtain did not fit the tub. And, finally, the room was closest to the Highway, so road-noise all night long.

Dated property but solid stay

Room was decent and clean. Maintenance is neglected and outside is trashy.

The pool and spa were never clean. You couldn't see the bottom of the pool the water was so murky. No meat was offered with breakfast other than sausage gravy. The room was so dated that it looked unclean, making us afraid to touch anything without going out to buy cleaning supplies, disposable bedding, and towels. We had plumbing issues one evening, and when I called the front desk, I was informed that maintenance was gone for the day and wouldn't be back until the following morning. Uh, were we supposed to not have access to the toilet in our room?! I asked if there was a plunger available, which the front desk should have mentioned along with telling us there's no maintenance staff available. I sent someone to get the plunger and completed the task needed. I don't know if they were having a bad weekend, but services were not up to par.

Clean, room was great. No complaints at all.

Hallway had a bad smell. Room had roaches coming out wall sockets, and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

The location was great. The adjoining rooms were comfortable. It could use a little upgrade.

Location The pet fee was higher than I remember it being posted also we asked for a 1st floor room and that wasn't provided
